Claims (6)
- 알루미늄 매트릭스 주조 합금, 및 석출된 경질 화합물상을 갖는 알루미늄기 합금을 포함하며 구조 부재의 상부 표면까지 연장된 석출 영역으로 구성되는 실리콘 합금화된 원통형, 부분 원통형 또는 속이빈 원통형 구조 부재에 있어서,상기 매트릭스와 상기 석출 영역 사이에는, (이하 변태 영역으로 일컬어지는) 초정 경질 화합물상에 의해 과포화되는 공정 영역이 있으며, 상기 매트릭스로부터 상기 구조 부재의 표면까지의 경도 증가는 계단식으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 합금된 원통형, 부분 원통형 또는 속이빈 원통형 구조 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 원통형 블록을 제조하기 위하여, 상기 매트릭스 합금은 과공정 타입의 AlSiCu 또는 AlSiMg이며, 상기 과포화된 공정 변태 영역 내에는 <1μ의 정밀 석출된 초정 실리콘 화합물상을 갖는 AlSi 타입의 합금이 있고, 상기 석출 영역 내에는 2 내지 20μ의 초정 실리콘 화합물상들이 있으며, 여기에서 구조 부재의 표면까지의 경도 증가는 200% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩 및 마찰 표면들을 갖는 브레이크 부분들을 제조하기 위하여, 표면층 내에는, 순수한 알루미늄 화합물상 뿐 아니라 10 내지 14%의 AlSi 공정혼합물 및 5 내지 20%의 초정 실리콘이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 진동에 노출되는 구조 부재들을 제조하기 위하여, 160 내지 240HV의 경도를 갖는 초정 실리콘을 포함하는 표면 경질 물질들 상에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조 부재.
- 선행하는 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 석출 영역과 상기 변태 영역 간에 알루미늄 매트릭스의 방향으로 상기 구조 부재의 표면으로부터 측정된 층의 두께비는 2:1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조 부재.
- 선행하는 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스와 상기 구조 부재의 표면 간의 경도 증가는 계단식으로 이루어지며, 여기서 상기 매트릭스, 상기 변태 영역 및 상기 석출 영역 내에서의 경도 증가는 1:1.5:2 내지 1:2:3이고, 상기 구조 부재의 표면에서의 최종 경도는 200HV 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조 부재.
