Claims (8)
- 스크루를 이동시키면서 압력센서로 수지의 압력을 검출하고, 검출치에 근거하여 압력센서의 영점을 조정하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정방법에 있어서,상기 검출치로서 플라이트속도를 스크루속도보다 낮게 한 상태에서 스크루를 이동시켰을 때의 검출치가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스크루는 제 1단계에서 전진 또는 후진되고, 제 2단계에서 제 1단계와 역방향으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 제 2단계에 있어서의 각 스크루속도는 동일하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 제 2단계의 적어도 한쪽에 있어서 상기 플라이트속도는 상기 스크루속도보다 낮아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스크루가 전진될 때에 상기 플라이트속도는 스크루속도보다 낮아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스크루는 상기 제 1단계에서 후퇴되는 것을 특징으로하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플라이트속도는 0으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정방법.
- ⒜ 가열실린더와,⒝ 스크루본체의 외주면에 플라이트가 형성된 플라이트부, 플라이트부의 전단에 배치된 스크루헤드를 구비하고, 상기 가열실린더 내에 있어서 회전가능하면서 진퇴가능하게 배치된 스크루와,⒞ 스크루를 회전시키기 위한 제 1구동수단과,⒟ 상기 스크루를 진퇴시키기 위한 제 2구동수단과,⒠ 상기 스크루를 진퇴시키는 동안 수지의 압력을 검출하는 압력센서와,⒡ 상기 제 2구동수단을 구동하여 스크루를 소정의 스크루속도로 진퇴시키는 스크루진퇴 제어수단과,⒢ 상기 스크루를 진퇴시키는 동안 상기 제 1구동수단을 구동하여 상기 플라이트를 외견상 스크루속도보다 낮은 플라이트속도로 진퇴시키는 플라이트속도제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출장치의 압력센서영점조정장치.
