Claims (7)
- (A) OH 말단-차단된 폴리디오가노실록산을 금속 촉매의 존재 하에 아민 작용성 트리알콕시실란과 중합시키는 단계,(B) 단계(A)의 반응 생성물에 카복실산 무수물을 첨가하는 단계, 및(C) 중합 단계(A) 중에 제조된 공중합체를 후속적으로 유화시키는 단계를 포함하여, 비-가교 결합된 선형 실리콘 공중합체를 함유하는 실리콘 수중유 유제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카복실산 무수물이 아세트산 무수물, 벤조산 무수물, 석신산 무수물, 프탈산 무수물 및 말레산 무수물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, OH 말단-차단된 폴리디오가노실록산이 하기 화학식 1의 사실상 선형 중합체를 포함하는 방법.화학식 1상기식에서,R은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 20의 탄화수소 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹을 나타내고;R'는 OH를 나타내며;n은 1을 초과하는 양의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민 작용성 트리알콕시실란 단량체가 4-아미노부틸트리에톡시실란; N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란; N-(6-아미노헥실)아미노프로필트리메톡시실란; 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란; 3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란; (3-아미노프로필)트리스[2-(2-메톡시에톡시)에톡시]실란 및 3-[2-(2-아미노에틸아미노)에틸아미노]프로필-트리메톡시실란으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 촉매가 주석 옥토에이트, 디메틸주석 디라우레이트, 디부틸주석 디라우레이트, 디부틸주석 디아세테이트, 디메틸주석 디네오데카노에이트, 디부틸주석 디메톡사이드, 이소부틸주석 트리세로에이트, 디메틸주석 디부티레이트, 디메틸주석 디네오데카노에이트, 트리에틸주석 타르트레이트, 주석 올레에이트, 주석 나프테네이트, 주석 부티레이트, 주석 아세테이트, 주석 벤조에이트, 주석 세바케이트 및 주석 석시네이트로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘 공중합체의 25℃에서의 점도가 약 30,000mm2/s 내지 약 500,000mm2/s의 범위이고, 유제의 평균 입자 크기가 약 0.3 내지 약 0.5㎛ 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 단계 (A)에 사용된 성분의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 3중량% 미만의 아민 작용성 트리알콕시실란이 사용되는 방법.
