Abstract

본 고안은 액체를 계량 배출할 수 있게된 공용기(空容器)에 관한 것으로서, 임의 액체 내용물을 한번의 압축동작으로 용기를 바로 세운 상태에서 적량의 내용물을 매우 간편히 계량 배출할 수 있도록 용기(2)의 중간 뚜껑체(4)의 상부에 형성된 계량컵(6)과, 봉(8)을 가진 구멍(7)의 개폐 밸브체(9)를 이탈하지 못하게 결합, 고정된 이탈방지구(10)와, 상기 봉(8)의 누름기능을 겸비한 상부 뚜껑체(17)와, 뚜껑체(4) 저면에 튜브(20)를 고정시킬 수 있게 형성된 관체(21)와로 이루어진 계량 공용기이다.

Description

계량 공용기
본 고안은 각종 액체를 계량, 배출 사용할 수 있게된 공용기(空容器)에 관한 것이다.
보다 구체적으로는 액체 화장품, 액상 세제, 액약, 액체식품 등등을 계량, 배출이 요구되는 경우에 상기 액체 내용물(이하 내용물이라 한다)을 용기에 넣고 필요량만큼 간편히 배출 사용할 수 있게된 계량 기능을 구비한 공용기의 구성에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 계량 배출기능이 구비된 공용기는 개발된 바 없었고, 내용물에 따라서 계량할 수 있는 계량눈금이 표시된 계량컵과, 내용물을 투시할 수 있는 용기의 외면에 표시된 계량눈금을 보면서 배출된 내용물을 계량할 수 있는 계량용기가 있었다.
상기한 종래의 계량컵과 계량용기는 그 외면에 눈금만이 표시되어 있는 구성이어서 내용물을 계량 배출할 때에 눈금을 자조 확인하면서 여러번 따라양 하는 번거로움과 정확한 계량이 어려운 것이었다.
본 고안의 목적은 한번의 동작으로 내용물을 계량 배출할 수 있고 그 계량의 정확성을 기할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 배출 계량과 잔량 파악도 용이한 계량용기를 제공하려는 것이다.

용량눈금(1)이 있는 용기(2)의 구부(3)에 나사식으로 개폐되는 중간 뚜껑체(4)와 일체로 계량눈금(5)을 가진 계량컵(6)이 상면에 형성되어 있고 뚜껑체(4) 중앙에 뚫린 구멍(7)의 상부에는 봉(8)을 가진 밸브체(9)가 뚜껑체(4)에 결합, 고정된 밸브 이탈방지구(10)내에 상하 유동 가능한 상태로 끼워져 있다.
상기 이탈방지구(10)는 내용물이 추입할 수 있는 구멍(11)이 형성되어 있는 계량컵(6)의 내벽 하단부의 뚜껑체(4) 상면에 돌출된 환돌부(12) 사이에 끼워져 있는데 이 이탈방지구(10)는 그 내하단부의 돌륜(突輪)(13)과 환돌부(12) 외상단의 돌륜(14)과의 결합으로 쉽게 분리되지 않게 되어 있고, 상기 밸브체(9)는 이탈방지구(10) 저면에 둥근 돌부(15)와 뚜껑체(4)의 상면 사이에 내용물이 유통될 수 있는 정도의 간격(약 0.5mm)(16)내에서 상하 유동되어질 수 있게 설치되어 있다.
상기한 계량컵(6)의 외상면에는 2줄의 나사로 쉽게 여닫을 수 있는 뚜껑체(17)가 있고 이의 저면 중앙으로부터 하방으로 돌출된 관체(18)에 봉(8)이 끼워져서 뚜껑체(17)를 꼭 닫았을 때 관체(18)의 내곡면(19)이 봉(8)을 눌러서 밸브체(9)가 구멍(7)을 막고 있는 상태로 구성되어 있다. 밸브체(9)의 저면은 내용물의 배출 수압면적을 넓혀서 배출작용을 용이케하는 요부(9')가 있고, 구멍(7) 하단에는 용기(2)를 바로 세운 상태에서 내용물이 구멍(7)으로 배출되어지도록 하는 튜브(20) 끼움용 관체(21)가 형성되어 있다.
상기한 본 고안의 작용을 설명하면, 중간 뚜껑체(4)를 열고 계량 배출하려는 내용물을 용기(2)내에 붓고 뚜껑체(4)를 닫으면 도 2의 상태가 된다. 이 상태에서는 상부 뚜껑체(17)의 내곡면(19)이 봉(8)을 누르고 봉 하단의 밸브체(9)는 구멍(7)을 막고 있는 상태이어서 용기(2)를 거꾸로 하여도 내용물이 일체 유출되지 아니한다.
위의 상태를 내용물의 보관 또는 휴대할 수 있는 상태로서 이로부터 내용물을 계량 배출하고저 할 때에는 상부 뚜껑체(17)를 열고 눈금(5)을 보면서 용기(2)를 압축하면 용기내에 압력이 발생하여 내용물이 튜브(20)와 구멍(7)을 통하여 밸브체(9)의 요부(9')를 밀어 올리면서 구멍(11) 밖으로 빠져 나가고 그 내용물의 수준이 눈금(5)에 나타난다. 따라서 요구되는 계량눈금(5)에 내용물의 수준이 도달하면 용기(2)의 압축동작을 멈추면 용기(2)의 복원력에 의하여 용기내에 빨아 들이려는 부압이 발생함에 따라 밸브체(9)는 구멍(7)을 막아서 계량된 내용물은 계량컵(6)에 남아있게 되므로 이를 딸아서 사용하고난 다음에 봉(8)을 잡아 올리거나 옆으로 밀치면 구멍(7)이 개방되어 공기가 유입되고 용기(2)는 본래의 상태로 복원되게 한 상부 뚜껑체(17)를 닫아 두면 된다.
상기 작용중에 계량컵(6)에 담긴 내용물이 계량을 초과하였거나 내용물을 용기속으로 환입코저 할 경우에는 상기한 바와 같이 봉(8)을 잡아올리거나 옆으로 밀치면 구멍(7)이 개방되어 내용물이 환입된다.
내용물의 계량 배출후의 잔량을 용기(2)에 표시된 눈금(1)을 보고 알수 있다.
본 고안은 용기를 거꾸로 하지 아니하고 한번의 용기(2) 압축동작으로 적량의 내용물을 계량 배출할 수 있는 효과가 있고, 배출계량과 잔량을 눈금(5)(1)으로 파악할 수 있는데도 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 용기(2)의 중간 뚜껑체(4)의 상부에 형성된 계량컵(6)과, 봉(8)을 가진 구멍(7)의 개폐 밸브체(9)를 이탈하지 못하게 결합, 고정된 이탈방지구(10)와, 상기 봉(8)의 누름기능을 겸비한 상부 뚜껑체(17)와, 뚜껑체(4) 저면에 튜브(20)를 고정시킬 수 있게 형성된 관체(21)와로 이루어진 계량 공용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용기(2)와 계량컵(6)의 외면에 눈금(1)(5)을 형성하고, 상부 뚜껑체(17)의 저면에 내곡면(19)을 가진 관체(18)를 형성한 것이 특징인 계량 공용기.
