본 발명은 공기제어식 쇽 업소버틀 이용한 앤티 다이브장치에 관한 것으로, 프론트 쇽 업소버(1)의 외통(2)내에 실린더(3)가 일정간격을 두고 내장됨과 더불어 외통(1)과 실린더(3)사이의 체임버는 격리판(4)에 의해 상부체임버(5)와 하부체임버(6)로 구획지워지고, 상기 실린더(3)내에는 피스톤로드(7)가 상하로 이동가능하게 설치되며, 이 피스톤로드(7)의 선단부에는 유통구멍(8a)을 갖춘 신장밸브(8)가 일체로 장착되고, 상기 실린더(3)의 하부는 유통구멍(9a)을 갖춘 압축밸브(9)를 매개로 외통(2)가 연통되게 설치되며, 상기 상부체임버(5)에는 가속도센서(13)를 매개로 차량의 급제동이나 급감속을 감지해서 기준치 이상이 되면 압축공기를 주입시켜 프론트 쇽 업소버(1)의 하강운동을 저지하는 동시에 쇽 업소버(1)의 자세를 초기 자세로 유지시켜 주는 제어수단이 구비된 구조로 되어, 차량의 급감속이나 급제동시에 프론트 쇽 업소버의 운동을 제어해서 차체의 전방 쏠림을 효과적으로 방지해주는 잇점이 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
