제조예 1의 항균 조성물의 항균 특성을 평가하기 위해, 상기 항균 조성물이 파운딩된 TPU 및 항균 조성물이 코팅된 필름을 제조하였다. 구체적으로, 상기 항균 조성물을 TPU 소재에 파운딩하여 열을 가해 사출하였고, 항균 조성물을 필름에 코팅하고, 자외선을 조사하면서 50℃에서 경화시켜 항균 조성물이 코팅된 필름을 제조하였다. 제조된 TPU를 도 2에 나타내고, 제조된 필름을 도 3에 나타낸다. 항균 조성물이 파운딩된 TPU 및 코팅된 필름을 FITI 시험연구원에 의뢰하여 항균 테스트법(JIS Z 2801:2010, 필름밀착법)에 의해 항균력을 측정하였다. 측정한 결과를 도 4 및 5에 나타낸다. 도 4 및 5에 나타난 바와 같이, 상기 항균 조성물이 Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P에 대해 99.99% 이상의 항균성 및 E.coli ATCC 8739에 대해 99.9999% 이상의 항균성을 갖는 것을 확인하였다.In order to evaluate the antibacterial properties of the antimicrobial composition of Preparation Example 1, the antimicrobial composition was found in TPU and the antimicrobial composition coated film was prepared. 상기 제조예 1에서 제조된 항균 조성물과, 상기 제조예 2에서 제조된 보습 조성물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 대해 보습 시험을 진행하였다. 보다 구체적으로는, 20~45세 남녀 20명의 오른쪽팔 안쪽에 각 조성의 샘플을 2.0 mg/cm2 로 도포한 후 유수분측정기(WSK-P500U)를 이용하여 보습력을 측정하였다. 도포 10분, 30분, 60분, 90분, 120분에서 시간별로 피부 수분량을 1차 측정하고, 2시간 후에 다시 피부 수분량을 측정하였다. 각 측정 부위를 3번 반복 측정하고 그 평균값으로 피부 수분량을 계산하여 표 3에 나타내었다A moisturizing test was performed on the cosmetic composition comprising the antibacterial composition prepared in Preparation Example 1 and the moisturizing composition prepared in Preparation Example 2 above. 상기 제조예 1에서 제조된 항균 조성물과, 상기 제조예 2에서 제조된 보습 조성물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 대해 피부 가려움증 개선 시험을 진행하였다. 보다 구체적으로는, 10~50대 아토피 피부염, 건선, 습진, 해충 등에 의한 피부 가려움증을 갖는 남녀 50명에게 각 조성의 샘플을 가려움증 부위에 도포하고, 매일 2회씩 2주간 도포하고, 0점~10점을 기준으로 VAS(Visual Analog Scale) 평가한 점수를 측정하였다. 그 결과를 표 3에 나타내었다. 여기서, 0점에 가까울수록 가려움증의 정도가 완화되었거나, 피부 자극도가 낮음을 의미한다. 여기서, 실시예 1, 비교예 1 및 비교예 3의 조성물은 상기 표 3과 동일하다.A skin itch improvement test was performed on the cosmetic composition comprising the antibacterial composition prepared in Preparation Example 1 and the moisturizing composition prepared in Preparation Example 2 above.
