The mineral wool is extracted like a fiber after melting a rock at a high temperature, and any known mineral wool can be used without limitation. The mineral wool is flexible, has excellent resilience, and exhibits low thermal conductivity. In addition, since the mineral wool has a high melting point of 1000 ℃ or more, it is possible to implement stable flame retardant properties in the event of a fire. In addition, since the mineral wool has a high density, it can implement resistance to mechanical damage.
The first

In addition, for the insulating materials of Examples 1 to 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4, [Standards for flame-retardant performance and fire spread prevention structure of building finishing materials] Non-combustibility test method of building materials according to KS F ISO 1182 specified in Article 2 [Non-combustible materials] and KS F 2271 gas toxicity test was conducted.
If the insulation materials of Examples 1 to 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 meet both the semi-incombustible material and non-combustible material standards, it is indicated as "non-combustible material" If all of the above criteria are not met, it is marked as "not conforming". The test results are shown in Table 1 below.
As shown in Table 1 above, the insulating materials of Examples 1 and 2 achieved a non-combustible grade. Accordingly, it can be confirmed that the insulating materials of Examples 1 and 2 have excellent flame retardancy compared to the insulating materials of Comparative Examples 1 to 4.
2 - Thermal insulation evaluation

As shown in Table 2, it can be seen that the insulators of Examples 1 and 2 exhibit significantly lower initial thermal conductivity than the insulators of Comparative Examples 1 and 4. Accordingly, it can be confirmed that the insulating materials of Examples 1 and 2 have superior thermal insulation properties compared to the insulating materials of Comparative Examples 1 and 4.
In addition, the thermal conductivity from 0 to 10 years was predicted by applying an acceleration factor to the initial thermal conductivity of the insulators of Examples 1-2 and Comparative Examples 1-4. The prediction results are shown in Table 3 below.
As shown in Table 3, it can be seen that the heat insulating materials of Examples 1 and 2 have a smaller rate of change in thermal conductivity with aging than the heat insulating materials of Comparative Examples 1 and 4. Accordingly, it can be confirmed that the insulation materials of Examples 1 and 2 have superior long-term durability compared to the insulation materials of Comparative Examples 1 and 4.
From the results of Experimental Examples 1 and 2, it can be confirmed that the insulating materials of Examples 1 and 2 achieve a non-combustible grade that the insulating materials of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 did not achieve. In addition, it can be seen that the insulating materials of Examples 1 and 2 exhibit low initial thermal conductivity. In addition, it can be confirmed that the heat insulating materials of Examples 1 and 2 have a very small rate of change in thermal conductivity with aging, and thus have excellent long-term durability.
