The present invention provides an oyster culture apparatus comprising a seedling member to which oyster shells are attached and grown, wherein the seedling member is made of a plastic material that melts in seawater after a predetermined time elapses.
According to the above configuration, the surface of the seedling member to which the individual oysters are attached is made of a material that dissolves in water, so that after a certain period of time, the oyster shells automatically fall to the bottom of the farm, and the oysters that fall to the bottom are attached to any place again due to their characteristics. If you do not do this, you will grow into an individual den.
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for culturing individual oysters, and to a culture apparatus in which an attachment member to which an oyster shell is attached is made of a material soluble in water for culturing individual oysters.
Oyster larvae, usually known as seed oysters, are settling in a solid material called oyster shells, and the settled larvae, known as seed oysters, are sent to farms where they are grown until they reach commercial size. Conventionally, oyster shells are cultured in a hanging method in which they are attached to seed shells (seed shells), such as hollow oyster shells or pearl shells, and are hung on ropes and main lines and thrown back into the sea, and then harvested when grown.
Conventional streak hanging type breeding machine maintains a plurality of floaters at regular intervals, inserts them into the mother line, and then inserts the anchors of the anchor line connected to both ends of the mother line to the seabed to fix them, and then attaches the anchors to the mother line at regular intervals on the mother line floating in parallel with the sea level. It is a breeding group that allows the cultivation of seed shells attached to shells made of oyster shells, scallop shells, or plastics in the shape of oyster shells inserted into the lower limbs. In the conventional raft-type breeding machine, a float is attached to a raft made by crossing a plurality of transverses and longitudinals at appropriate intervals and floated on the sea level. It is a positive group that nurtures the seed plate attached to the shell made of .
In the case of culturing shells such as oyster shells with attached oyster shells in a vertical hanging type culture machine or a raft vertical breeding machine, a large number of oysters are attached to one shell and the oysters grow in a lump, so it is difficult to separate each oyster after breeding. It is necessary and it takes a lot of time and manpower to separate, and there is a problem in that the oysters are damaged during the separation process.
As a technology proposed for the purpose of cultivating oyster shells in the sea, Korean Patent No. 10-0942767 (horizontal mesh structure for individual oyster culture) and Korean Patent No. 10-1281028 (structure for oyster culture) are has been disclosed. In their natural state, oysters tend to clump. In addition, if other larvae (young oyster seeds) attach to and grow on a shell that has already grown attached to rocks, etc., the shape of the other oysters will be dented.
And, there is a patent No. 10-1402670 as a method for culturing individual oysters. This technology is a seedling method using oysters. After attachment, oysters must be removed from each oyster when they reach a certain size. There were a lot of problems.
Therefore, there was a need for an effective method for removing oysters that have grown to a certain level during the individual oyster culture process.
Oysters have a habit of attaching and growing in the larval state, so they tend to form lumps. However, oyster chives have a characteristic that they cannot be attached to other places again when they are attached and separated from the place where they live. The present invention is a method for easily producing individual oysters using these characteristics of oysters. It facilitates and also provides a method for efficiently using the limited space of the aquarium tank.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a technique for increasing the production capacity of individual oysters and simplifying the production process by enabling aquaculture in the sea in a cage form in a state in which the seedling member or the seedling member and the holder are wrapped with a net.
The present invention provides an individual oyster culture apparatus comprising a seedling member growing by attaching an oyster shell, wherein the seedling member is made of a material that melts in seawater after a predetermined time elapses. Specifically, the seedling member is a strip It may be in the form of a shape, a string shape, a rope shape, or a mesh shape.
In addition, the present invention is an individual oyster culture apparatus comprising a seedling member to which oyster stalks are attached and grown, wherein the seedling member includes: a plate-shaped first member; and a second member provided on one side or both sides of the first member and having an oyster shell attached to it to feed. The second member is made of a material that melts when a predetermined time elapses in seawater.
A plurality of the seedling members are arranged spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the holder, and are arranged horizontally with respect to the ground. The oyster chisel located on the lower surface of the member can be made to fall to the floor.
상기 채묘부재이 상하 좌우로 복수 개 배치되고, 상기 복수 개의 채묘부재를 수용하여 바닷속에 배치되는 가두리 그물망;을 더 포함하거나, 상기 홀더가 상하 좌우로 복수 개 배치되고, 상기 복수 개의 홀더를 수용하여 바닷속에 배치되는 가두리 그물망;을 더 포함할 수 있다.The seedling member is arranged in a plurality of up, down, left and right, and to accommodate the plurality of seedling members, a cage net arranged in the sea; further comprising, or the holder is arranged in a plurality of up, down, left and right, and accommodating the plurality of holders in the sea It may further include;
According to the above configuration, the seedling member to which individual oysters are attached is made to melt or the surface of the seedling member to which the oysters are attached is made of a material that dissolves in water. Oysters that fall to the floor do not attach again due to their nature and grow into individual burrows.
In addition, since the melting time of the material of the seedling member can be appropriately controlled, if the material of the seedling member is allowed to melt after the individual oysters grow to a certain level, the effect of cultivating oysters directly in the sea rather than in the aquarium tank occurs

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Oyster larvae grow to some extent and when the attachment time comes, they are put into the aquarium tank containing the attachment plate (the plate on which the oyster larvae attach and grow, also called the attachment season seedling plate, but in the present invention, it is called attachment member for convenience). is attached That is, if the oyster larvae, which have reached the attachment time, are put into the farm, the oyster larvae attach to a specific location and become larvae. is the biggest feature. This is because, in the present invention, the seedling member is not only a plate shape, but also a shape including a band shape, a string shape, a rope shape, or a mesh shape in various shapes (see FIG. 11 ). That is, the present invention does not specifically limit the shape of the member as long as it is a material that is soluble in water as a member to which individual burrows are attached and grown.
Oyster larvae attach to the seedling members and grow into oysters. When a certain time elapses after the oysters attach to the seedling members, the seedling members with the attached oysters melt and disappear, and as a result, the attached oysters fall to the bottom of the farm. . Oysters have no ability to attach to any object again when they fall to the floor due to the nature of the oyster, and the present invention uses this. Oyster oysters that have fallen to the floor are collected and put in other containers (chaerongs, nets) and cultured in seawater, etc. to grow into individual oysters.
The biggest feature of the
In the present invention, it is important that the seedling member is formed of a material soluble in water at a time point elapsed, and the biggest characteristic of the present invention is that the seedling member itself is formed of a material that dissolves in water. The characteristics of the material of the seedling member will be described in detail below.
The
The individual
As an example, the second member may be water-soluble plastic. As a specific example, it is preferable that the second member be biodegradable and eco-friendly plastic made of an organic material. It may be manufactured by coating the plastic of the
There may be various methods for controlling the melting time of the second member. By coating a very thin film on the surface of the second member, which is a water-soluble plastic, the melting time by water may be delayed, and the plastic thickness may be increased or It is possible to adjust the rate of melting in seawater by taking into account the growth rate of oyster shellfish by mixing the plastic itself with other foreign substances and manufacturing it. For example, if oyster larvae attach to and grow on the seedling member and fall off within about one to two months, there is no hindrance in growing into oysters. good to do
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 , a plurality of the
When the seedling member is arranged vertically (or inclinedly) as shown in FIG. 5 , when the
As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of the seedling members are arranged horizontally with respect to the ground in the holder, and when the second member is melted, as shown in FIG. 200) does not fall to the floor and is not directly attached to the upper surface of the seedling member, but is located on the upper surface. And, the
However, according to the present invention, the advantage of being able to omit the process of putting the oyster scallops dropped to the bottom of the farmhouse in a net is exhibited.
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the net 250 accommodating the
Through this, the present invention enables oyster shellfish to be cultured in the sea from the attachment stage. Comparing this process of the present invention with the conventional case, the present invention is convenient because the process and effort required for aquaculture are greatly reduced, compared to the conventional case where the oyster scallops in the attachment stage were raised in a farm and then moved to the sea.
11 shows various shapes of the
