상기 조정부는 VI 센서의 감지 결과에 따라 상기 RF 매처부의 임피던스 및 상기 스플리터부의 임피던스를 조절하고,
상기 RF 매처부 및 상기 스플리터부에는 핸들을 회전시켜 정전 용량(capacitance values)을 변경할 수 있는 가변 커패시터가 마련되고,
