The present invention relates to a vane rotary compressor in which a fluid such as a refrigerant is compressed while the volume of a compression chamber is reduced during rotor rotation. More particularly, the present invention relates to a vane rotary compressor in which the pressure of a back pressure groove that backs up oil-separated oil acts on a flap on the inside of a vane hinge portion and the end of the vane continuously contacts and contacts the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder.

As shown in Fig. 1, a
Therefore, the refrigerant sucked from the outside through the

In this regard, a more detailed description will be made with reference to FIG.
Figure 3 is a partial enlarged view of Figure 2 schematically illustrating the forces acting on a curved blade type vane during rotor rotation.
1 and 2, when the
2 and 3, the centrifugal force A1 due to the rotation of the
On the other hand, the hinge frictional force B1, the rotational inertia moment B2, the fluid resistance B3 of the refrigerant in the
At this time, if the forces B1 to B5 pulling the leading end portion of the
In this case, the

Example
4 is a longitudinal sectional view of a vane rotary compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The
The
On the outer circumferential surface of the

5 is a cross-sectional view of a vane rotary compressor according to one embodiment of the present invention. Here, the solid arrows shown in FIG. 5 indicate the rotating directions of the
The hollow inner circumferential surface of the
The
The
That is, a high pressure chamber including a
The
A plurality of
At this time, the
Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, three
The tip of the
One side of the outer circumferential surface of the
6 is a plan view showing an inner surface of a rear head according to an embodiment of the present invention.
A mounting
At one side of the mounting

7 is a perspective view of a vane according to one embodiment of the present invention.
The
The
The
It is preferable that the other side opposite to the inner side of the
The center of gravity of the
FIG. 8 is a plan view comparing the center of gravity positions of the
8, the distance L between the center of gravity M of the
Accordingly, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the rotation moment of the
The outer diameter of the
9 is a perspective view of a rotor according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Further, a
FIG. 10 is a partial enlarged view of FIG. 5 illustrating a rotor and a vane in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
10, when the rear head 500 (see FIG. 6) is coupled to the rear end of the
The oil introduced into the
10, it is preferable that the
