Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Generally, a printed circuit board (PCB) is a substrate formed by forming a circuit with a conductive material such as a copper foil on an electrically insulating substrate and immediately before mounting the electronic component. 2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, small-sized printed circuit boards that can be used in mobile phones and cameras have been developed and used in accordance with the trend of miniaturization of electronic equipment, and the demand for the use of electronic components has been continuously increased even in a complicated and narrow space .
A method of manufacturing a printed circuit board is as follows. A copper foil laminated on a dielectric film such as an epoxy resin is cut, a hole is formed by drilling, copper plating is performed, a photosensitive dry film is laminated, a circuit pattern is formed through an etching process, and PSR printing is performed Surface treatment is carried out. Thereafter, a coverlay film from which an unnecessary portion is removed is brought into contact with the outside of the copper-clad laminate, and laminated with a thermal press. Here, the coverlay film is for protecting and insulating the exposed surface of the circuit pattern. Thereafter, the substrate is subjected to a surface treatment process and a circuit inspection process is performed.
Components constituting a circuit in the substrate are copper (Cu), and copper has characteristics such that an oxide film is formed when the copper is exposed to the air, thereby failing to be mounted. Therefore, a surface treatment process for preventing oxidation should be performed on the completed substrate in order to ensure the mounting property. The surface treatment process is the last manufacturing process of the flexible printed circuit board manufacturing process. The surface treatment process should be able to maintain a constant plane, ensure that there is no problem in mounting even when stored for a long time, and that the contact resistance is low and the soldering is excellent.
Soldering and nickel plating are commonly used for surface treatment of printed circuit boards. The most popular soldering method is to melt the Pb / Sn alloy on the substrate moving through the conveyor belt to flatten the thickness of the alloy. This is the easiest and most widely known method, but most of them contain lead, so it is pointed out environmental problems and it is not applicable to fine patterns. Therefore, it is preferable to use a nickel-gold plating method.
However, even with such a surface treatment, when a copper circuit is used, the chlorine gas that has penetrated into the metal crystals in the chlorine spray test causes the copper corroded to the surface to form spots.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a novel printed circuit board which does not include a copper circuit.

And a nickel-gold plating step of forming a nickel-gold plating layer on the printed circuit board.
As shown in FIG. 1B, a hole is formed by using a drill, and then the copper portion is removed by etching, leaving only the

Finally, Router's outer shape is processed to obtain final product.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
