Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fabric using a rayon composite yarn and a rayon composite yarn using mono yarns, and a method of manufacturing a rayon composite yarn by combining monosa and rayon filament yarns to produce a fabric using the rayon composite yarn, It is an object of the present invention to provide a fabric for summer clothing which is high in elasticity and stretchability, has no wrinkle, has a low water content, and is easy to wash and dry.
In the present invention, a rayon composite yarn is produced by combining rayon filament yarns of a mono yarn (one of PBT mono yarn, nylon mono yarn and polyester mono yarn), and the rayon conjugated yarn is wound on the warp yarn In the case of wefts, the wefts are arranged in the same order, and the proportions of the left-handed yarn (Z-twist yarn) and the right yarn (S-twist yarn) are set to 50:50 do.
When the mono yarn and the rayon composite yarn are mixed to produce a fabric, the fabric has high tensile strength, excellent elasticity and stretchability, is free from wrinkles and has a low water content, and is easy to wash and dry, There is an advantage that it can be used effectively.
Description
The present invention relates to a method of producing a fabric using a rayon composite yarn and a rayon composite yarn using a mono yarn, and more particularly, to a method of producing a woven fabric using a polytetrafluoroethylene (PBT) having good physical properties, elasticity, stretchability and tensile strength Butylene terephthalate) monosaccharide is mixed and the composite yarn is arranged in warp and weft to produce a fabric for a summer garment.
Among the fiber yarns used in weaving, the rayon composite yarn is produced by manufacturing an acetate yarn and a polyester false yarn rayon composite yarn, and weaving the yarn as the upper material to use as a clothing fabric for a summer season.
The fabric woven with the rayon composite yarn has drawbacks such as poor dyeability, tensile strength, stretchability, elasticity, and high cost.
The mono yarn is composed of a single yarn, and the filament yarn means that the yarns are composed of one yarn, and the yarn is a filament yarn, which has a soft touch like silk and sweat absorption and discharge is about 1.5 times faster than the cotton yarn. However, It is more expensive than water, it is vulnerable to water washing and there are many wrinkles.
In addition, since the rayon yarn has a low tensile strength, when the yarn is compounded with the chemical fiber, the yarn has a large number of single yarns and many distortions are caused in the dyeing process, The mono yarn is advantageous in elasticity and stretchability and has a high tensile strength. However, the mono yarn has a disadvantage that it is not suitable as a fabric for a garment because it is not smooth and has many deformations.
Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a rayon filament yarn rayon composite yarn which is made of mono yarn (one of PBT mono yarn, nylon mono yarn and polyester mono yarn) It is an object of the present invention to provide a fabric for summer garment which has high tensile strength, excellent elasticity and stretchability to solve wrinkles, low water content and low shrinkage, and is easy to wash and dry.
The present invention relates to a method of producing a rayon composite yarn by winding a rayon yarn together with a mono yarn (one selected from PBT mono yarn, nylon mono yarn and polyester mono yarn) and using the rayon composite yarn as warp and weft yarns Woven.
In the above, a composite yarn is produced by combining 15 to 50 denier PBT mono yarns and 300 to 1200 twisted yarn per 1 m to produce a composite yarn, or 15 to 50 denier nylon mono yarn, 100 to 300 denier per 1 m 100 to 300 denier rayon filament yarns twisted in the range of 300 to 1200 are combined to produce a composite yarn or 15 to 50 denier polyester mono yarns and 100 to 300 denier rayon filaments twisted at 300 to 1200 in 1 m The composite yarns are then combined to produce a composite yarn.
It is preferable that the mono yarn (one of PBT mono yarn, nylon mono yarn and polyester mono yarn) is dyed and the rayon filament yarn is dyed after the yarn is dyed or is dyed after the weaving.
The composite yarns prepared in the above manner were arranged in the same order in the order of the leathery (Z-twisted yarn) and the coincidence yarn (S-twisted yarn) in the order of the warp yarns in the order of the warp yarn (Z twist yarn) The ratio of the pattern of the yarn is 50:50, and the fabric is produced by weaving.
In the present invention, when the composite yarn made of rayon filament yarn and mono yarn has a high tensile strength, has improved elasticity and stretchability, and is made of a fabric woven with the composite yarn, the garment has a low moisture content, The drying is speeded up and the wrinkles are relieved, so that the ironing is solved, the deformation of the clothes is eliminated, and the clothes are advantageously used as the summer clothes.
A specific embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail as follows.
(First step) ( Textile Preparation process)
The mono yarn (one selected from PBT mono yarn, nylon mono yarn, and polyester mono yarn) is selected in the range of 15 to 50 denier, and the rayon filament yarn is selected in the range of 100 to 300 denier.
(Second step) ( Compound company Manufacture process)
Rayon filament yarn is twisted at 300 to 1200 per 1 m, and one type of mono yarn is selected from among PBT mono yarn, nylon mono yarn and polyester mono yarn, and the two types of yarns are twisted together, .
In order to reduce single yarn, the number of twists per 1 m is firstly twisted in the range of 300 to 1200 according to the state of the fabric.
Two kinds of fiber yarn yarns are made in the range of 300 ~ 1200 per 1m, and after the yarn twisting, the rayon composite yarn is completed.
(Third Step) (Fabric Manufacturing Process)
The rayon composite yarn of the second process is arranged in the same order in the order of the left-handed yarn (Z-twist yarn) and the right yarn (S-twist yarn) (S-twist yarn) with a size of 50: 50 and weaving the fabric.
(Fourth step) (processing step such as dyeing)
The fabric prepared in the third step is dyed in a dyeing machine and ironed in a tenter machine.
(The fifth step) (packaging product manufacturing process)
The fabric processed in the fourth step is wound into a unit length and packaged.
In the present invention, when the PBT mono yarn is 15 denier, 7 mono yarns and 100 denier rayon filament yarns are combined, 30 denier yarns are combined with 5 yarn and 150 denier rayon filament yarns, and 50 denier yarns are mixed with 6 yarns and 300 denier rayon Filament yarn to make a rayon composite yarn, and when nylon mono yarn is 15 denier, 7 mono yarns and 100 denier rayon filament yarns are combined, 30 denier yarns are combined with 5 yarn and 150 denier rayon filament yarns, and 50 denier And 6 denier rayon filament yarns are combined to produce a rayon composite yarn. When polyester monosaurus yarn is 15 denier, 7 mono yarns and 100 denier rayon filament yarns are combined, and when 30 denier yarns are 5 denier rayon yarns and 150 denier rayon yarns Filament yarn, 50 denier yarn, and 6 yarn and 300 denier rayon filament yarns to produce a rayon composite yarn These conditions are preferable, but the use or mono Inc. filament yarn thickness and mixing ratio depending on the thickness of the woven fabric can be adjusted.
In the present invention, when mono yarns are used in the pre-fabrication process of the composite yarn, the mono yarns can be easily dyeed without raising their physical properties when the fabrics are woven using a rayon composite yarn.
In the present invention, the mono yarns are produced by mixing the rayon filament yarns which have high tensile strength, excellent elasticity and stretchability to eliminate wrinkles, and which are soft to the touch and discharge water quickly, The fabrics woven with a composite yarn are capable of eliminating various defects such as single yarns or twisting in the dyeing process, and it is possible to produce clothes with the above-mentioned fabrics, without deformation, with quick water discharge and drying, So that it is possible to manufacture clothes that are easy to wash with water and can not be ironed.
