When the surface of the base material is subjected to the ceramic spray coating treatment, the oxidation treatment, or the anodic oxidation treatment, the
Further, the
The surface of the base material may be subjected to a spray coating treatment, an oxidation treatment or an anodic oxidation treatment (if necessary, oxidation treatment and anodization treatment are hereinafter referred to as oxidation treatment and oxidation treatment One embodiment of the present invention will be described by processing). Further, another film (or thin film) may be formed on the surface of the base material to a thickness of about 0.5 nm to 100 탆, and then the surface of the thin film layer may be oxidized. The thickness of the oxidized first coating layer can be appropriately adjusted as necessary, and the thickness of the thin film and the first coating layer can be adopted within a range not departing from the technical idea of the present invention. In general, the anodizing treatment is a process of forming a film of aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3 ) or the like by polarizing a metal product such as aluminum as an anode under a suitable condition in a certain electrolytic solution. The anodized film has high corrosion resistance and a porous layer is formed. As the anodic oxidation, any one of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, chromic acid, and mixed acid thereof may be used.
A ceramic source is heated and deposited such that the
Here, the surface roughness of the
Generally, the diameter of the
When the base material is a metal base material, the
3, when the

5, the ceramic source is heated and evaporated using the
A ceramic source is charged in the
The upper end of the

A method of coating a ceramic coating layer (second coating layer) 300 on a coating material (for example, a metal heater) is deposited on the
At this time, the environment in the chamber is as follows. After the vacuum chamber is cleaned, the coated chain heater is mounted, and the ceramic source is occupied in the crucible. The ceramic source may be Al 2 O 3 , Y 2 O 3 , ZrO 2 , AlN, or CeO 2, and the size of the source particles may be in the range of 10 nm to 100 μm, preferably 0.5 to 5 μm . The degree of vacuum of the vacuum chamber is 10-2 torr vacuum of less than 6 are preferred, and are preferably preheated to 100 to 300 also seeds using a separate lamp heater. It is also desirable to rotate the heater during the process at a minimum of 10 rpm / min for uniform deposition. After the above-described process environment is prepared, the N 2 gas is purged, the electron beam is turned on, and the vacuum deposition process is performed to coat the

FIG. 6 is a photograph of the surface of the
8 shows the results of surface EDS (elemental analysis) analysis using an aluminum base material. In the case where only the first coating layer exists, fluorine is detected after cleaning. On the other hand, when the second coating layer is present, Was not detected. Therefore, when the second coating layer is present, there is no fluorine-bonded film or reactant, and there is no fluorine in the pore, so there is no problem of outgassing in which fluorine is produced in the process. Accordingly, the second coating layer prevents the fluorine from being formed or bonded to the film and does not remain in the pore.
