Description
[0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for adjusting a tension of a catenary, and more particularly, to a catenary tension adjusting apparatus and method for maintaining a constant tension for a catenary, which is a facility for supplying electricity directly in contact with a pantograph The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for adjusting a tension of a tensioner for measuring the tension of a tensioner.
Generally, the tension adjusting device is a device for applying a tension to both ends so that the pantograph (power collecting device) is brought into contact with a certain height and the deflection of the electric wire is minimized. The electric railway line is a facility to supply electric power by directly contacting with the pantograph of the railway vehicle (electric power collecting device), and a constant tension should be maintained for a good current collecting. There are automatic and manual devices to adjust the electric cable. It affects the tension of the electric cable due to the electric cable whose length changes according to the temperature change and the elastic extension due to the wear. As a result, there is a danger that the electric power of the electric cable is weakened, And the automatic operation which automatically adjusts the tension in consideration of the temperature change and the surrounding environment is often used.
There are pulley type, pulley type (high speed line) and spring type devices for automatically adjusting the tension of the line. The pulley type automatic tension adjuster applies the pulley principle, and the pulley is wrapped around the pulley. However, since the tensile strength becomes insufficient when the wire line is disconnected, the tensile strength becomes insufficient, and the instability due to the temperature change and the corrosion in the inner bearing portion of the pulley are found There is a big drawback to the point. The spring type automatic tension adjusting device has been widely developed for maintenance efficiency and non-maintenance to secure the disadvantages of the pulley type. Spring type is a device that maintains a constant tension by the elastic force by the spring inside the tension device when the expansion and contraction (change of length) of the catenary line according to the temperature change occurs and the tension device operation state is set by the staff of the stroke Are read and judged during the inspection. The life of the spring type automatic tension device is the elastic modulus (k) of the spring, and this value should remain unchanged until replacement. If the elastic modulus changes, the function of the tensioning device is lost, which makes it difficult to maintain the tension of the wire, which can lead to accidents. However, in order to manage the facilities scientifically, it is necessary to manage data records and change status of daily, monthly, and yearly. Analysis is necessary, but it is difficult in reality, and there is a problem that the tension device needs to be dismantled and disassembled to measure the elastic modulus of the spring.

An

The lower sensor is a sensor of a load cell type. It is a sensor that converts the force applied to the elastic body to an electric signal by using a strain gauge whose electrical resistance value changes according to the deformation of the elastic body.

The column type load cell is a type that applies a load from the top to the bottom. Here, since the load cell is attached to the wire of the catenary and is vertically connected to the
