A transparent electrode having transparency is required for the display device, and indium tin oxide (ITO) has been conventionally used. However, such indium tin oxide is low in flexibility and stretchability, and thus is hardly applicable to a flexible display device.

However, research results to date show that transparent electrodes using graphene or silver nanowire have complicated processes, low reliability of the products, and high cost.

The

Next, as described with reference to FIG. 6, a

11 is a schematic view showing a manufacturing process of the
12 is a schematic view showing a

FIG. 13, (a), (b), and (f) correspond to a spinning time of 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds, 120 seconds, .
Referring to Fig. 13, the longer the spinning time, the smaller the transmittance, while the sheet resistance can be reduced. That is, sacrifice of permeability may be required to reduce the sheet resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the optimum spinning time to satisfy the desired sheet resistance and transmittance simultaneously.

14 and 15, the transparent electrodes are arranged so as to have a mesh shape. It is possible to observe a connected shape by fusing each other without breaking in a region where the nanomaterial layers coated so as to surround the polymer fibers overlap. Therefore, the transparent electrode has a mesh shape excellent in connectivity. According to such a mesh shape, the transparent electrode according to the present invention can provide flexibility and stretchability.
