Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cover glass analysis apparatus, and more particularly, to a cover glass analysis apparatus which can illuminate various angles in an automatic inspection process of a cover glass for display using illumination and camera judgment, To a glass analyzer.
Display devices such as an LCD display and an OLED display are equipped with a cover glass for protecting the display. Generally, such a cover glass is completed through a melting process. The completed cover glass is sent to an inspection process, and is inspected for defects such as fine scratches and foreign matter. Recently, interest in portable digital devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs, in which small-sized displays are essentially installed, has surged, and due to the explosive spread of such portable digital devices, interest in the cover glass inspection process and devices is increasing. Particularly, in the case of a portable digital device, since the distance between the user's eyes and the device is very close to that of a user in general use, a defect in the cover glass directly affects the quality of the device.
The apparatus used in this process of analyzing a cover glass is such that a cover glass is horizontally placed on a conveying roller and a cover glass is irradiated with a light source while horizontally moving the cover glass with a conveying roller, A method of automatically detecting defects in a cover glass is used by detecting light with an image sensor, i.e., a camera, and analyzing the light with a computer. For example, Korean Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-2007-0121820 and U.S. Patent No. 7551274 disclose an analysis process and apparatus of this type. However, such conventional technology has a problem that there is a limit to the defect detection due to the low analytical accuracy, and in particular, the defective determination of the cover glass for a smartphone requiring higher analysis accuracy is not satisfactory.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a cover glass analyzer capable of detecting defects more accurately by varying the illumination angle in the analysis of the cover glass.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram conceptually showing the construction of a cover glass analyzer according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the entire structure of the cover glass analyzer except the control part. The parallel conveying means 100 conveys the
The
One or
The
FIG. 3 is a conceptual view briefly showing a rotation state of the
First, in the operation of the cover glass analysis apparatus, the
By analyzing the illumination, the photographing and the analysis from the time when the
4 is a conceptual view briefly showing an operation of a cover glass analysis apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The
FIG. 5 schematically illustrates operation of a cover glass analysis apparatus having a total of four
Figure 6 illustrates the structure of
In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, the

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the apparatus for analyzing a cover glass according to the present invention is capable of rotating at a high speed with a rotatable illumination and analyzing diffracted light according to various irradiation angles, thereby increasing the detection rate of defects. Particularly, when two or more lights are provided, diffraction light at an irradiation angle close to 360 degrees can be photographed, so that the defect detection rate can be greatly increased, and the number of illumination can be increased according to the embodiment, .
