The present invention relates to an injection type temperature sensor structure and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, an injection type temperature detection method for improving airtightness of a sensor and preventing a short in a process of detecting internal temperature of a refrigerator and a kimchi refrigerator. A sensor structure and a method of manufacturing the same.
In general, the temperature sensor refers to a sensor that detects heat or temperature at a site such as a home appliance and a refrigeration facility where moisture or moisture is distributed around, such as a refrigerator or a humidifier.
The conventional temperature sensor is soldered to the end of the lead wire and the sensor chip in a state where the sensor chip is located at the end of the lead wire spot-welded to the wire, and then dipping the sensor chip which is the soldered part with silicon That is, after wrapping the end of the lead wire and the sensor chip on the device epoxy coating with epoxy resin.
Then, the entire lead wire and the sensor chip are wrapped in silicon and then primary epoxy coated with an epoxy resin, and the secondary epoxy coating is performed by dipping an epoxy resin on the upper and lower surfaces of the primary epoxy coating.
Then, the first and second epoxy-coated wires are inserted into the protective tube pipe, and then the epoxy resin for filling is filled into the protective tube pipe and the epoxy coating is completed once more, thereby manufacturing the temperature sensor.

Hereinafter, a configuration of an embodiment of an injection type temperature sensor structure and a method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 3 is a perspective view of the injection-type temperature sensor structure of one embodiment according to the present invention, Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view of the injection-type temperature sensor structure of an embodiment according to the present invention.
According to these drawings, the injection-
Meanwhile, although the airtight member support
The first injection molded
In particular, the
At this time, since the airtight
In addition, the
The sealing
The second injection molded
The sensor module is provided inside the
The
