Description
The present invention relates to a rebound stopper structure to which a disc spring is applied, and more particularly to a rebound stopper structure to which a shock absorber is applied to adjust the shock absorber to implement various load characteristics according to a stack combination of disc springs installed on the rebound stopper. will be.
In general, the vehicle shock absorber serves to suppress and attenuate the electric power transmitted from the road surface to the vehicle body, and forms a major component of the vehicle suspension system. Such a shock absorber, in particular, absorbs the vibration energy in the vertical direction of the vehicle body, thereby contributing to the improvement of ride comfort, the protection of the load, and the protection of each part of the vehicle.
Such a shock absorber includes a cylinder and a piston slidably received in the cylinder, the cylinder being connected to the wheel side and the piston connected to the vehicle body side by a piston rod.
Accordingly, the shock absorber may perform a function of suppressing and attenuating vibration transmitted from the road surface to the vehicle body while continuously contracting and extending when the vehicle travels on an irregular road surface.
At this time, the piston divides the inside of the cylinder into a compression chamber and an expansion chamber. Furthermore, the compression chamber may be partitioned from the storage chamber for volume compensation of the compression chamber by a body valve installed on its lower end. Between the above chambers are provided with flow paths that selectively allow the flow of the operation induction (or working oil) in accordance with the expansion and contraction of the shock absorber and a piston valve for controlling the flow paths.
Conventional shock absorbers as described above are adjusted to have excessive damping force characteristics for the roll (roll) control of the turning vehicle, which could be one cause of the vehicle ride comfort when driving on a normal road. As shown in FIG. 1, in the
As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 1, the
However, the conventional rebound stopper including the
