Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle headliner material and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to an automobile headliner material and a method for manufacturing the same, which improves sound absorption of in-vehicle noise.
In general, automotive headliner materials are used for indoor ceiling parts of automobiles for sound absorption and sound insulation to absorb and block the noise of the vehicle from the outside, thermal insulation to block the movement of heat from the interior of the vehicle to the outside and vice versa, It serves as a unique interior décor. These generally consist of laminates consisting of a combination of one or more of tributary, vinyl, fibrous knit, polyurethane foam, nonwoven fabric and felt, mainly consisting of a base portion and a skin portion and an adhesive layer for laminating each of them, the base portion being poly The upper and lower surfaces of the urethane foam layer is composed of a nonwoven fabric layer, glass fibers 촙 to glass fiber wool, and the skin material portion is composed of fabric, PVC sheet, nonwoven fabric, and polyurethane foam.
Such automotive headliner material is shown in Figures 1 and 2,
Car head through the process of laminating the
In the conventional manufacturing method of the automobile headliner material, there is an inconvenience in that the adhesive film must be repeatedly used for each laminated surface in order to stack the headliner material composed of multiple layers. Moreover, in the case of the
An example of this is published patent 2001-61057. According to this Patent Publication No. 2001-61057, the adhesive polymer is applied by pressing the adhesive powder between the base portion and the skin portion of the automotive ceiling material and pressing to form the adhesive. After sprinkling the proper amount evenly on the back surface and heating and melting to bond the base material and the skin material part, the adhesive polymer here means simple fixation (hardening after melting) in a hot melt (heat melting) state. It did not have adhesiveness. Therefore, since the adhesive film must be used together, the manufacturing process is complicated and there is a problem of inhibiting breathability and sound absorption.
In addition, since the size and material of the automobile headliner is different depending on the type of vehicle, it is difficult to change the size and type of the adhesive film, and the adhesive polymer resin of the pellet type by thickness, size, and layer is used. Since the manufacturing process for film formation is complicated and expensive, and the conventional adhesive film using the adhesive film is deformed due to heat shrinkage during the heat press process, For example, if the width of the object to be bonded (100, 111, 300, 600) is 1,550mm wide and at least 1,650mm wide length of the adhesive film is supplied in order to prevent the occurrence of the non-bonding portion at both ends There is a problem that requires an additional process that needs to be removed by cutting the exposed adhesive film to match the length of 1,550mm.
On the other hand, since the car headliner material should be excellent in light weight and sound absorption, each stack constituting the headliner material (100, 300, 600) has a breathable structure so that noise coming in from the outside of the car polyurethane foam layer (300) ) To achieve sound absorption effect to ensure the quietness of the interior space of the car. However, in the method of manufacturing the headliner material using the adhesive film, since the adhesive film is melt-bonded to bond each layer, the cell structure of the polyurethane foam layer is closed, so that the noise generated by the cell structure is not absorbed. It is reflected by the surface and causes the sound absorption characteristic which is an original function of a product to fall remarkably.
In order to solve such a problem that the sound absorbing properties are lowered, Patent No. 10-332299 uses a liquid polyurethane adhesive to chemically react with a catalyst to form a urethane bond, thus exhibiting properties similar to those of a polyurethane foam. In order to solve the problem, in the case of using a solvent-type liquid adhesive, the adhesive surface may not be completely adhered, and defects may occur. In particular, health problems of workers and drivers are raised by organic solvents containing liquid adhesive. It has been.
In addition, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2006-160197 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2000-53801 used hot melt films or low melt polymers, respectively, to melt and bond adhesive portions between fibers when passing through a roll by using a high-temperature and high-pressure hot press. Since such fusion means not only an adhesive but a simple fixation using a molten state, it was far from high strength chemical adhesion.
The present invention is to solve the above problems, in the production of automobile headliner material, the automobile having a breathable adhesive layer by using a high-strength adhesive powder, not using an adhesive film, but simply by heat-sealing by melting It aims at achieving the headliner material.
In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide an automobile headliner material and a method of manufacturing the same, which are harmless to the health of workers and drivers by further improving the sound absorbing effect of the vehicle by the breathable adhesive layer and not using an organic solvent.
In addition, in the present invention, since the adhesive film is not used, the production cost can be reduced by a simple process, and an object of the present invention is to manufacture a headliner material expressing high adhesive strength using adhesive powder. .

According to the present invention, since the adhesive film is not used in the manufacture of the automobile headliner material, the problem of sound absorption deteriorated by the use of the conventional adhesive film is solved, and the present invention is not merely heat-adhesive adhesion by melting as an adhesive. By using a specially designed high-strength adhesive powder according to the car headliner material having a breathable adhesive layer could be achieved.
In addition, in the case of using a conventional adhesive film, there is a problem that the size of the adhesive film should be different for each size of the vehicle, the adhesive film is heat shrink by the heating and pressing process, thereby causing deformation to bond a larger area than the adhesive target surface After using the film and going through all the processes, there was a problem that the unnecessary adhesive film to be cut and removed, but the adhesive layer according to the present invention can be used in various sizes regardless of the size, there is no thermal deformation, this problem can be solved there was.
In addition, in the case of the conventional adhesive film, in order to impart sound absorption, there should be additional processes such as punching or sheathing, but in the present invention, since the adhesive film is not used, production using the conventional adhesive film and adhesive powder Compared to the process can be produced in a simple process can reduce the manufacturing cost and the cumbersome use of the adhesive film.
That is, according to the present invention, the sound-absorbing effect of the vehicle is further improved by the breathable adhesive layer compared with the conventional automobile headliner material, and can be produced in a simple process, thereby reducing the work and manufacturing costs, and also the organic solvent. By not using it, it is harmless to the health of workers and drivers.
The manufacturing method of the automobile headliner material according to the present invention has no effect of using an adhesive film compared to a technology using four adhesive films in the manufacture of the conventional headliner material base part, and thus, the manufacturing process is simple, and the production cost is reduced. There is an advantage in that it is possible to manufacture a car headliner material having the effect of the car headliner material as described above.

(a) 비극성의 폴리에틸렌 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 수지 및 이들의 혼합물에 극성기를 도입하여 상기 비극성의 폴리에틸렌 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 수지 및 이들의 혼합물을 개질시키는 그라프토머를 준비하는 단계; (a) introducing a polar group into the non-polar polyethylene resin, the ethylene vinyl acetate resin and a mixture thereof to prepare a graft monomer for modifying the non-polar polyethylene resin, the ethylene vinyl acetate resin and a mixture thereof;
Here, the mixture is preferably used an extruder, the processing temperature of the twin-screw extruder to produce a monomer radical capable of grafting with the polar components by the peroxide under the conditions of 180 ~ 230 ℃, wherein the maleic anhydride added It is combined with the polar group of the graft to be prepared.

(c) pulverizing the compounded thermoplastic adhesive resin to powder 50 to 2,000㎛ range.
Herein, each step described in more detail, step (a) includes the following steps a1) and a2):
a1) 비극성의 폴리에틸렌 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 수지 75 ~ 98 중량부에 과산화물(peroxide) 0.03~0.5 중량부를 첨가하여 에틸렌 결합을 끊고 라디칼을 형성하는 단계; 및a1) adding 0.03 to 0.5 parts by weight of peroxide to 75 to 98 parts by weight of a resin selected from the group consisting of a nonpolar polyethylene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, and mixtures thereof to break ethylene bonds and form a radical; And

At this time, the mixed introduction is carried out by reaction extrusion using a twin-screw extruder to prepare a graftomer.
And, in the step (b), the adhesive resin composition is low density polyethylene (LDPE, low density polyethylene), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE, linear low density polyethylene), high density polyethylene (HDPE, high density polyethylene), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA, ethylene vinyl acetate), butadien rubber (BR, butadien rubber), styrene butadiene styrene (SBS, styrene butadiene styrene), styrene ethylene butadiene styrene (SEBS) is preferably selected from .
The antioxidant is preferably selected from dibutylhydroxytoluene, butylhydroxyanazol, tertiarybutylhydroquinone, ascorbyl palmitate, propyl gallate, hydroxy phenyls, phosphites and EDTAs.
Thermal stabilizers include lead stabilizers such as Cd-St, Pb-St, Dibasic Lead Stearate (DBL), Dibasic Lead Phosphite (DLP), Tribasic Lead Sulfate (TLS), and Lead Stearate; Metallurgical stabilizers such as Ba-stearate, Pb-stearate, Zn-stearate, Cd-stearate, Mg-stearate, Ca-stearate; Organotin stabilizers such as butyltin mercaptide, octyltin mercaptide, butyltin maleate, octyltin maleate, butyltin laurate, octyltin laurate; Liquid complex stabilizers such as liquid complex stabilizers; And mixtures thereof.
It is preferable that the adhesive powder of the present invention produced by the above method has a melting point of 80 to 140 ° C and a melt flow index of 3 to 40 g / 10 min (at 190 ° C and 2.16 kg conditions).
Here, if the melt flow index is less than 3g / 10min, it is difficult to expect high adhesion because the flow of the adhesive powder is not smooth in the heat melting process, and if the melt flow index exceeds 40g / 10min, the adhesive powder melted into the nonwoven fabric is too high. It may flow in a lot and weaken the adhesion relatively. In addition, since the
In addition, the
Therefore, the

First, the manufacturing method of the glass fiber nonwoven fabric layer 701.702 is as follows.
While conveying and supplying the
The temperature of the heating oven at the time of melting the powder is preferably 100 ~ 220 ℃. If the adhesive powder is not sufficiently melted below 100 ° C., it is difficult to express the adhesive force. If the adhesive powder is higher than 220 ° C., the nonwoven fabric may be deformed due to high heat.
