Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a front reinforcing member for the guard rail, more specifically, to easily install the front reinforcing member to the front of the guard rail bar of the existing guard rail to facilitate the installation without replacing or dismantling the existing guard rail bar. The reinforcing characteristics can be strengthened, and in addition to the cushioning space of the guard rail bar, the shock absorbing structure by the front reinforcing member can be added to absorb the impact applied to the vehicle collision, and the impact amount is effectively transmitted to the ground, thus the strength of the entire guard rail. It is related to the front reinforcement member for the guard rail to be excellent while also increasing the protective effect of the vehicle.
In general, guardrails are installed on the central line of roads or roadsides such as national highways or automobile roads, and are essential traffic safety facilities to protect the driver's life from accidents such as lane departure or central line invasion caused by the driver's carelessness or sudden situation. . The guardrail also guides the driver's eyes and prevents pedestrians from crossing.
Such a guardrail is constructed by installing a pillar at a predetermined depth on the ground of the roadside and combining the guardrail bar with the pillar. The guardrail has a structure and a characteristic to protect the vehicle by maintaining its shape in case of an external impact such as a collision of the vehicle.
In order to prevent the shape of the guardrail bar from being deformed by an external impact such as a vehicle collision, and to alleviate the impact, the guardrail bar is provided with the shape of a valley formed with a valley and a plurality of floors. However, since most of the conventional guardrails have a simple form, they are easily broken due to the collision of the vehicle, and thus, it is difficult to exhibit the characteristics of the protection of the vehicle or the alleviation of the collision.
As described above, conventional technologies for efficiently cushioning a vehicle crash while preventing structural deformation and damage of the guard rail during a collision of a vehicle are disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 10-2011-001310 (Shock Absorption Guard Rail) and Korean Patent Application As in 10-2011-0043151 (guard rail holding device), etc., to reinforce the installation state of the land fixed to the ground, or to install the auxiliary fastening structure in the coupling portion of the guard rail column and the guard rail bar The technique of adding the buffer member specially manufactured etc. is implemented.
However, these conventional guardrail reinforcement techniques require dismantling of existing guardrails or separate reinforcement members, which requires additional construction work, and the accessories dismantled from the existing guardrails become waste. This not only wastes resources but also adds a separate process called waste disposal. As such, the conventional guardrail reinforcement technology requires additional processes, adds manpower by combining special members, and complexity of construction, as well as waste generation and waste disposal process due to dismantling of existing guardrail accessories. Many problems arise.
In addition, even if the conventional guardrail reinforcement technology is installed, there is a number of problems, such as the cost of the post-treatment may be incurred if there is no guarantee that the structure of the guardrail is reinforced, and the treatment may not be possible at all.
The present invention for solving the above problems is necessary to replace or dismantle the existing guard rail in a simple operation because the front reinforcing member is coupled to the front of the guard rail by only recombining some fastening members in the existing guard rail. It is economical and there is a purpose to reduce waste of resources.
In addition, since only a few fastening members perform the work process, the work process is not complicated and simple, so the work process is quick and the convenience of the whole construction is provided. In addition, there is no separate waste generation from the existing guardrail by the construction of the present invention, there is no secondary waste treatment work and there is no environmental pollution according to the waste.
In addition, in addition to simple construction, a number of buffer spaces are formed to reduce collisions, and a number of bending portions are formed to improve the cushioning characteristics, so that the strength of the guard rail is further reinforced to protect the vehicle efficiently to protect the driver's life. It is. In particular, when there is a collision of the vehicle, the collision force is effectively transmitted to the ground by the structural characteristics of the front reinforcement member according to the present invention, thereby preventing the vehicle from leaving the road and thereby preventing the vehicle from overturning and the secondary accident. Will be done.

The present invention constituted as described above does not need to replace or dismantle the existing guard rails in a simple operation because the front reinforcing member is coupled to the front side of the guard rails by recombining only some fastening members in the existing guard rails. This has the effect of reducing the waste of resources.
And because only the work process for a few fastening members are implemented, the work process is not complicated and simple, so the work process is quick and the convenience of the whole construction is provided.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
That is, the front reinforcing
Accordingly, the
The
Accordingly, the front reinforcing
That is, the
Looking at the detailed configuration of the guardrail
And the upper
Thus, it is provided so as to have elasticity to prevent bending while absorbing the impact amount by the
Accordingly, the
In addition, since the
In particular, the
In particular, since the buffer space for the effect of the buffer is formed in front of the guard rail, since the buffer action by the guard rail after the buffer action by the
In addition, the
Since the upper
An embodiment in which the
First, the
The
The
In one embodiment of the shape and coupling structure of the
In the example of the accompanying drawings, the
That is, the
The
In the structure having such a
That is, as shown in the accompanying drawings, the upper surface of the
Similarly, the lower surface of the
As such, the coupling of the front reinforcing
Thus, the front reinforcing member for
Particularly, in order to further reinforce the conventional guard rail, in some embodiments, it may be necessary to dismantle the whole or part of the existing guard rail, and then reconstruct the work. In facility construction, only the process of attaching to the front side of the existing guardrail is required, which does not impair the structural stability of the existing guardrail, and has an excellent advantage of minimizing the economical and facility-side loss of the work. As a result, since the existing guardrails can be used sufficiently, there is no facility waste that can normally occur during reconstruction or reinforcement, and thus, there is no need for secondary or tertiary resource waste or additional work.
In addition, since only a simple work process such as dismantling of the existing fastening member and coupling of the front reinforcement member according to the present invention may be required, procurement of human resources may be made without requiring highly skilled personnel.
The front reinforcing
The
Therefore, the
In addition to the configuration having such characteristics, one side of the
And the
In other words, due to the deformation of the structure by the plurality of
In addition, in some special embodiments, the
Next, the guardrail
The
Accordingly, the
