도 2는 ICHAZ 상당 재현 열사이클 시험에서의 HAZ 경도와 CTOD 특성[Tδc 0.1(ICHAZ)]의 관계를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 3은 CeqH와 ICHAZ 상당 재현 열사이클 시험에서의 HAZ 경도의 관계를 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4a는 CTOD 시험의 FL 노치 위치를 도시하는 개략도이다.
도 4b는 CTOD 시험의 IC 노치 위치를 도시하는 개략도이다.
도 5는 강 성분 경도 파라미터 CeqH와 IC부에 있어서의 ?60℃에서의 CTOD(δc) 값의 관계를 도시하는 도면이다.
Claims (4)
- 질량%로, C 함유량 [C]가, 0.010% 이상 0.065% 이하의 C와,
Si 함유량 [Si]가, 0.05% 이상 0.20% 이하의 Si와,
Mn 함유량 [Mn]이, 1.52% 이상 2.70% 이하의 Mn과,
Ni 함유량 [Ni]가, 0.51% 이상 1.50% 이하의 Ni와,
Ti 함유량 [Ti]가, 0.005% 이상 0.015% 이하의 Ti와,
O 함유량 [O]가, 0.0010% 이상 0.0032% 이하의 O와,
N 함유량 [N]이, 0.002% 이상 0.006% 이하의 N과,
Mg 함유량 [Mg]가, 0.0003% 이상 0.003% 이하의 Mg와,
Ca 함유량 [Ca]가, 0.0003% 이상 0.003% 이하의 Ca를 함유하고, 잔량부가 철 및 불가피적 불순물을 포함하고,
P 함유량 [P]를 0.008% 이하,
S 함유량 [S]를 0.005% 이하,
Al 함유량 [Al]을 0.004% 이하,
Nb 함유량 [Nb]를 0.004% 이하,
Cu 함유량 [Cu]를 0.03% 이하,
V 함유량 [V]를 0.020% 이하로 제한하고,
강 성분 파라미터 PCTOD가,
[화학식 1]
로 정의되고,
강 성분 경도 파라미터 CeqH가,
[화학식 2]
로 정의될 때,
상기 PCTOD가 0.065% 이하이고, 또한, 상기 CeqH가 0.235% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접용 강재. - 제1항에 있어서, Mg와 Ca의 합계 함유량을 0.0030% 이하로 더욱 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접용 강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 성분의 슬래브를 연속 주조에 의해 제조하고, 950 내지 1100℃의 온도로 가열하여 가공 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접용 강의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 질량%로, 상기 Ni 함유량 [Ni]가, 0.58% 이상 1.50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접용 강재.
