Claims (21)
- 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 전자빔처리하는 단계(단계 1);상기 단계 1에서 전자빔처리된 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 열처리하는 단계(단계 2);상기 단계 2에서 열처리한 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 관능기를 치환시키기 위해 산성용액으로 화학처리하여 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체를 제조하는 단계(단계 3); 및상기 단계 3에서 제조된 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자를 화학기상증착법 또는 함침법을 사용하여 담지시키는 단계(단계 4)를 포함하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 1에서 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 전자빔처리하는 단계는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유에 대해 10∼500 kGy 범위의 전자빔을 조사하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 2에서 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 열처리하는 단계는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 액체질소에 함침시킨 상태에서 1∼2 mm 길이로 절단한 후 500∼1500℃까지 승온하여 0.2 내지 2시간 동안 열처리하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 3에서 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 산성용액으로 화학처리하는 단계는, 셀룰로오스를 0.1~0.5 mol 황산 수용액에 침지시켜 -0.15∼1.3V의 전압 범위에서 훑기 속도(sweep rate)는 50mV/s로 하고 10-60회 처리한 후, 100 ~ 150℃의 30% 질산용액(또는 14 N의 질산 용액)에 침지시켜 10분 ~ 20시간 동안 화학처리하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 3에서 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 산성용액으로 화학처리하는 단계는, 셀룰로오스를 0.1~0.5 mol 황산 수용액에 침지시켜 -0.15∼1.3V의 전압 범위에서 훑기 속도(sweep rate)는 50mV/s로 하고 10-60회 처리한 후, 질산과 황산의 혼합용액에 상기 천연셀룰로오스섬유를 침지시키고 50~70℃에서 리플럭스시키면서 5분~6시간 동안 화학처리하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 질산과 황산의 혼합용액은 질산(14 M, 50 ml)과 황산(98%, 50 ml)의 혼합 용액 또는 98%의 황산과 70%의 질산을 3:1 부피비로 혼합한 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 3에서 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 산성용액으로 화학처리한 후 세척하고 건조하는 단계를 더 수행하여 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 3에서 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 산성용액으로 화학처리하여 표면에 치환된 관능기는 CO-, CH-, O-C=O, CO2, 또는 CO3인 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 4에서 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지되는 금속촉매 나노입자는 백금 입자이며, 백금 입자를 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지하기 위한 백금 전구체로 메틸트리메틸사이클로펜타디에틸백금(MeCpPtMe3), Pt(Me)3(Cp), Pt(Tfacac)2, Pt(Me)(CO)(Cp), Pt(Me)2(COD), [PtMe3(acac)]2 (acac; acetylacetonato ligand), PtCl2(CO)2, Pt(PF3)4, Pt(acac)2 및 Pt(C2H4)3으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 4에서 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지되는 금속촉매 나노입자는 니켈 입자이며, 니켈 입자를 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지하기 위한 니켈 전구체로 니켈나이트레이트(Ni(NO3)2) 또는 니켈카르보닐(Ni(CO)4)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 4에서 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지되는 금속촉매 나노입자는 코발트 입자이며, 코발트 입자를 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지하기 위한 코발트 전구체로 Co(CO)3NO 또는 Co(NO3)2를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 4에서 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지되는 금속촉매 나노입자는 몰리브덴 입자이며, 몰리브덴 입자를 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지하기 위한 몰리브덴 전구체로 Mo(CO)6을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 4에서 화학기상증착법을 사용하여 금속촉매 나노입자를 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지시키는 과정은, 상기 단계 3에서 제조된 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체를 석영관의 중앙에 위치시키고 석영관의 내부 온도를 100∼120 ℃로 유지한 상태에서 압력을 6∼10 Torr로 30 내지 120분 동안 유지하여 석영관 내의 불순물을 제거하는 단계; 상기 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체가 위치한 반응기의 내부 온도를 를 80∼300℃ 온도로 승온시키는 단계; 및 목적하는 반응온도에 도달시킨 후 기상의 금속 전구체를 진공 상태의 석영관 내부로 흘려줌으로써 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지되는 단계를 거쳐 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 4에서 함침법을 사용하여 금속촉매 나노입자를 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 담지시키는 과정은 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체를 금속 전구체를 용해시킨 수용액에 침전시키고 초음파 처리한 후, 건조하고, 질소분위기 하에서 소성시켜 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지될 수 있도록 전처리되어 제조된 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체; 및 상기 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 화학기상증착법 또는 함침법을 사용하여 담지된 금속촉매 나노입자를 포함하는, 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매로,상기 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지될 수 있도록 전처리되어 제조된 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 전자빔처리하는 단계; 상기 전자빔처리된 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유를 열처리하는 단계 및 상기 열처리한 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 치환된 관능기를 형성하기 위해 산성용액으로 화학처리하는 단계를 포함하는 전처리 과정을 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유로 헤네켄(henequen) 섬유를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매.

- 제15항에 있어서,상기 금속촉매 나노입자는 백금촉매 나노입자이며, 상기 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 백금촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매는 테트랄린 또는 벤젠의 수소화반응 또는 알코올의 산화반응에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 금속촉매 나노입자는 니켈촉매 나노입자이며, 상기 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 니켈촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매는 탈황, 탈질 또는 탈금속 반응에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 금속촉매 나노입자는 몰리브덴촉매 나노입자이며, 상기 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 몰리브덴촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매는 탈황, 탈질 또는 탈금속 반응에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 금속촉매 나노입자는 코발트촉매 나노입자이며, 상기 셀룰로오스 촉매지지체의 표면에 코발트촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매는 탈황, 탈질, 탈금속 반응에서 조촉매, 연료전지용 백금촉매의 조촉매, 피셔 트롭쉬 반응용 촉매, 탄화수소의 산화반응 및 부분산화반응용 촉매, 개질반응용 촉매, 아민화반응용 촉매, 수소화반응용 촉매 또는 수성가스 치환반응용 촉매로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는천연 셀룰로오스 섬유의 표면에 금속촉매 나노입자가 담지된 촉매.
