본 발명은 자동차용 타이어에 관한 것으로, 특히, 트레드의 횡그루브 내에 설치되는 타이바(tie bar)를 개량하여서된 타이어를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 종래의 타이어에 있어서는, 타이어가 마모되면 횡그루브 내에 설치된 타이바가 횡그루브를 막아 배수 성능을 저해하는 결점이 있었다. 이에 본 발명은 타이바를 일측은 높고 타측은 낮게 형성시켜 트레드의 마모 정도가 타이바 설치 위치에 이르더라도 타이바의 낮은 쪽으로는 배수가 가능하게 하여 타이바로 인한 배수 성능의 악화 정도를 감소시킬 수 있게 한 것임.
