Claims (2)
- 유리 원료 가스, 가연성 가스, 조연성 가스 및 씰 가스를 버너로부터 분출시키고, 유리 원료 가스를 화염 중에서 가수분해시켜 유리 미립자를 생성하고, 타겟에 퇴적시켜 광섬유 모재를 제조하는 방법으로서,동심 다중관 버너를 이용하여, 유리 미립자를 생성함에 즈음하여, 유리 원료 가스와 조연성 가스의 혼합 가스를 분출시키는 노즐에 대해서, 그것보다 관심측에 위치하는 노즐로부터 가연성 가스를 분출시키고, 그것보다 외측에 위치하는 노즐로부터 가연성 가스 및 조연성 가스를 분출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 모재의 제조 방법.
