Claims (11)
- 복수의 노즐로 이루어지는 노즐열과 막 형성 영역을 갖는 피토출물을 대향 배치하여 상대 이동시키는 주사에 동기하여, 상기 노즐마다 마련된 에너지 발생 수단에, 시분할로 발생시킨 복수의 구동 파형의 일부를 인가하여, 상기 복수의 노즐로부터 기능성 재료를 포함하는 액상체를 액적으로서 상기 막 형성 영역에 토출하는 토출 공정을 갖는 액상체의 토출 방법으로서,상기 토출 공정에서는, 상기 복수의 노즐 중, 이웃하는 노즐의 상기 에너지 발생 수단에, 상기 복수의 구동 파형 중 서로 다른 토출 타이밍의 구동 파형을 인가함과 아울러,상기 피토출물은 적어도 상기 주사의 방향으로 배열한 복수의 상기 막 형성 영역을 갖고,상기 이웃하는 노즐의 상기 에너지 발생 수단에 인가하는 상기 다른 토출 타이밍의 구동 파형의 조합을, 하나의 막 형성 영역에 있어서 변경하지 않고, 또한 상기 하나의 막 형성 영역과, 상기 주사의 방향으로 배열하여 상기 하나의 막 형성 영역과는 상이한 막 형성 영역에서 다르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상체의 토출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토출 공정에서는, 복수회의 상기 주사를 행하여, 상기 복수의 노즐로부터 상기 막 형성 영역에 상기 액적을 토출하고, 상기 주사마다 상기 막 형성 영역에 걸친 이웃하는 노즐의 상기 에너지 발생 수단에 인가하는 상기 서로 다른 토출 타이밍의 구동 파형의 조합을 다르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상체의 토출 방 법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 토출 공정에서는, 상기 이웃하는 노즐의 상기 에너지 발생 수단에 인가하는 상기 서로 다른 토출 타이밍의 구동 파형의 조합을, 토출하는 이종의 상기 액상체마다 다르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상체의 토출 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 토출 공정에서는, 상기 막 형성 영역마다, 상기 이웃하는 노즐의 각각으로부터 상기 주사의 방향으로 복수의 상기 액적을 토출하고, 상기 이웃하는 노즐의 상기 에너지 발생 수단에 인가하는 상기 서로 다른 토출 타이밍의 구동 파형의 조합을, 상기 액적의 토출마다 다르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상체의 토출 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 토출 공정에서는, 상기 복수의 구동 파형 중 일부를 인가하는 상기 에너지 발생 수단의 수가, 상기 구동 파형마다 동수로 되도록, 상기 서로 다른 토출 타이밍의 구동 파형의 조합을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상체의 토출 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 에너지 발생 수단에, 소정의 주기로 발생하는 상기 복수의 구동 파형 중 일부를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상체의 토출 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 에너지 발생 수단에, 1 주기내에서 발생하는 상기 복수의 구동 파형 중 일부를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상체의 토출 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 에너지 발생 수단에, 비주기적으로 발생하는 상기 복수의 구동 파형 중 일부를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상체의 토출 방법.
- 기판 상에 구획 형성된 복수의 막 형성 영역에 적어도 3색의 착색층을 갖는 컬러 필터의 제조 방법으로서,청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 액상체의 토출 방법을 이용하여, 착색 재료를 포함하는 적어도 3색의 액상체를 상기 복수의 막 형성 영역에 토출하는 토출 공정과,토출된 상기 액상체를 고화하여, 상기 적어도 3색의 착색층을 형성하는 고화 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터의 제조 방법.
- 기판 상에 구획 형성된 복수의 막 형성 영역에 적어도 발광층을 갖는 유기 EL 소자의 제조 방법으로서,청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 액상체의 토출 방법을 이용하여, 발광층 형성 재료를 포함하는 액상체를 상기 복수의 막 형성 영역에 토출하는 토출 공정과,토출된 상기 액상체를 고화하여, 상기 발광층을 형성하는 고화 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자의 제조 방법.
