- 삭제
- 알칼리성 포졸란 물질인 제지 회사에서 발생하는 입도 0.5 ~ 80㎛, 비중 1.8 ~ 2.2의 제지연소재 30 ~ 80wt%와 산성물질인 폐인산석고 20 ~ 70wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 제1혼합물(A) 50 ~ 90wt%와,
시멘트, 생석회, 경소 백운석, 무수석고, 경화제, 응집제, 침전제, 침강제 중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상인 고형제(B) 10 ~ 50wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 것에 있어서,
상기 산성물질인 폐인산석고는 폐인산석고 100중량부에 대하여 순도 80 ~ 98%의 황산 50중량부를 가하여 폐인산석고에 함유된 중금속성분을 황화물형태의 안정화 화합물로 처리함으로써 중금속이 유출되지 않도록 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고함수 슬러지 고화제.
