Claims (4)
- 포장비닐 등에 포장되어 수거된 음식물쓰레기를 파쇄선별기(3)에 의해 파쇄한 후 비닐 등을 포함하는 협잡물을 선별하여 배출하고, 탈수장치(4)에 의해 탈수공정을 거쳐 탈수탱크(7)에 모아진 겔상태의 탈수액을 가공하여 습식사료를 생산하는 장치로서,하단부가 콘형으로 형성되고, 끝단부에 드레인밸브(121)가 형성된 배출관(120)이 설치되며, 상부에는 탈수액의 투입량을 조절하도록 조절밸브(111)가 구비된 투입관(110)이 설치된 스팀멸균처리조(100)와;상기 스팀멸균처리조(100)의 저면부에는 고압의 압축공기를 분사하도록 하는 다수의 분사노즐(152)과, 상기 분사노즐(152)에 고압공기를 공급하는 급기관(151)과, 상기 급기관(151)에 고압공기를 공급하는 압축기(150)를 포함하며, 상기 스팀멸균처리조(100)의 내부 하단부에 설치된 분사노즐(152)을 통하여 내용물에 고압의 압축공기를 분사하는 급기수단과;상기 스팀멸균처리조(100)의 상부에 설치된 상부지지대(130)의 중앙부에 고정설치되며, 회전속도를 저속으로 출력하는 기어드모터(140)와, 상기 기어드모터(140)의 축으로서 회전력을 전달하며, 하단부가 상기 스팀멸균처리조(100)의 내부 하단 중심부에 고정설치된 하부지지대(180)의 베어링(181)에 지지되어 회동하는 교반축(141)과, 상기 교반축(141)에 설치된 다수의 교반날개(142)로 구성되고, 상기 스팀멸균처리조(100)의 중심부에 설치되어 회전하는 다수의 교반날개(142)에 의해 교반하여 내용물을 골고루 가열하도록 하는 교반수단과;상기 스팀멸균처리조(100)의 내부 둘레에 나선형으로 설치되며, 내측방향을 향하여 일정간격으로 다수개의 스팀분출공(161)이 천공된 스팀관(160)과, 상기 스팀관(160)에 고온고압의 스팀을 공급하도록 하는 보일러(170)를 포함하고, 상기 스팀멸균처리조(100)의 내부에 고온고압의 스팀을 분사하여 멸균작용을 하도록 하는 멸균수단을 포함하는 음식물쓰레기처리장치의 스팀 멸균 처리조.
