이종물질을 수용한 배출장치
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 선행으로는 특출10-2005-0122945호가 있으며, 본 발명은 상기한 선행의 응용에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 수용부를 갖는 본체상에서 상하 이동하는 빨대형 배출대가 있고, 상기한 수용부의 배출공을 막고 있는 밀폐부는 용기를 압박하는 정도에 따라 밀폐부가 열려 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
용기를 압박하는 것으로 저장공간의 내용물을 용기내의 내용물과 혼합하는 편리성과, 혼합된 내용물을 배출대를 통해 음용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치에 관한 것이고, 종래의 선행으로는 특출10-2005-0122945호가 있었다.
상기 선행 특출10-2005-0122945호는 개념을 정리한 것이고, 본 발명은 구체적 실시를 예시한 응용발명에 관한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
이종물질을 수용한 배출장치(1)는 용기(100)에 각종 방식으로 결합되거나 부착되는 본체(10)와 상기한 본체(10)의 상부에는 덮개(30)에 의해서 상하이동하는 내용물 배출용 배출대(20)가 조립되어져 있다.
이와 같은 배출장치(1)의 내부에는 저장공간(41)을 갖는 수용부(40)가 구성되고, 상기한 수용부(40)의 하방에는 저장공간(41)의 내용물이 용기(100) 내부로 낙하되는 것이 가능한 배출공(42)을 형성하되, 상기한 배출공(42)은 밀폐부(43)에 의해서 기밀된다.
그리고 상기한 밀폐부(43)는 압력에 의해 상향되데,그 상향된 후 위치를 유지하는 밀폐부지지대(44)가 형성되는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 과 같은 상태에서, 용기(100)에 압력을 가하면 밀폐부지지대(44)의 유도에 따라 일정 상향되고, 동시 저장공간(41)의 내용물은 배출공(42)을 통해 용기(100) 내부의 내용물에 흡합되는 것이다.
상기한 상태에서 덮개(30)를 개방하면 배출대(20)가 상향되고, 음용시는 그 배출대(20)에 입을 빨게 되면 혼합된 내용물이 배출대(20)를 통해 배출될 수 있는 것이다.
다른 실시로서 도 2는 링형태의 밀폐부(43)를나타내고 있다.
그리고 링 형태의 밀폐부(43)가 배출대(20)를 통해 배출되지 못하도록 배출 대(20)의 하단부가 망 형태로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
용기를 압박하는 것으로 저장공간의 내용물을 용기내의 내용물과 혼합하는 편리성과, 혼합된 내용물을 배출대를 통해 음용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
Claims (2)
- 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치는 덮개를 개방하는 과정에 본체에 조립된 배출대가 일정 상향되고, 배출대는 본체에 고정된 후, 덮개만 본체로부터 분리되며, 상기한 배출장치의 내부에는 저장공간이 있는 수용부가 형성됨에 있어, 수용부의 저부에는 용기를 압박하는 정도에 따라 수용부의 저부를 막고 있던 밀폐부가 열려, 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 기술에 있어서,상기 밀폐부는 용기를 압박하면 압력에 의해 밀폐부지지대의 유도에 따라 밀폐부지지대가 지시하는 정도 만큼 열리도록 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부는 링형태인 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출장치.
