(2)발명의 목적
종래의 기술로는 본 발명인의 것으로서 WO/2007/111463호가 있으며, 본 발명은 상기 선행의 개선에 그 목적이 있다.
(3)발명의 구성
작동부를 개방하면 배출대가 올라가면서 저장공간의 내용물이 개폐공을 통해 낙하 혼합되는 기술에 있어, 상기한 배출대와 작동부의 사이에 작동부밀폐부를 두어 혼합된 내용물을 이종물질수용장치를 개방하지 않고도 배출하게 한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
작동부를 일부 개방하는 것만으로도 수용부를 개방하는 것이 가능하고, 또한 언제 어디서나 신선한 내용물을 즉석에서 혼합하여 사용할 수 있는 것과, 또한 작동부개폐공을 통해 혼합된 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 것이다.

작동부 비분리형 이종물질 수용장치{omitted}
본 발명은 작동부 비분리형 이종물질 수용장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 기술로서는, 본 발명인의 것으로서, 작동부를 일부 개방하여 이종물질을 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합시키고, 그 혼합된 내용물은 작동부의 상방에 부설된 별도의 배출수단을 통해 배출하도록 된 기술이 있었다.
그리고 다른 기술로서는, 작동부를 터치하거나 개방하는 과정에 저장공간에 있던 이종물질이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 기술이 있었다.
종래 본 발명인의 기술인 WO/2007/111463호의 경우는, 작동부를 개방하는 과정에 수용부내의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되고, 그 혼합된 내용물은 작동부에 형성된 배출공을 통해 배출하도록 구성되어 있었으며, 따라서, 본 발명은 상기 작동부를 본체로부터 분리하지 않고 작동부를 통해 혼합된 내용물을 배출하는 데에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 수단으로, 이종물질 수용장치는, 본체의 내부로 저장공간이 있는 수용부가 있고, 상기한 수용부의 개폐공은 밀폐부에 의해 기밀이 유지되는 것이다.
그리고 상기한 밀폐부는 별도의 연결수단에 의해 상부 작동부에 연결되어 있으며, 상기한 작동부를 일부 개방하는 과정에는 밀폐부가 개폐공을 열면서 저장공간에 있던 이종물질이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된다.
또한 상기한 혼합된 내용물의 희석을 좀 더 잘되도록 하기 위하여 용기를 흔들게 되면 액체가 개폐공을 통해 이동하여 더욱 이종물질의 혼합이 잘 이루어지는 것이다.
그리고 상기한 혼합된 내용물을 배출하고자 할 때는 작동부를 일부 개방하는 과정에 개폐공밀폐부가 작동부개폐공을 빠져나와 형성된 구멍을 통해 배출하도록 구성된 것이다.
또한 작동부가 측면상으로 기밀을 유지하면서 상하작동을 하는 지지부를 두고, 그 지지부의 외환부에는 작동부가 실질적으로 상하작동을 하게 되는 본체구부를 둔 것이다.
작동부를 일부 개방하는 것만으로도 이종물질이 혼합되고, 또한 작동부를 일부 개방한 상태에서 용기를 흔들어 액체 및 파우더의 혼합할 수 있어 더욱 이종물질의 혼합성이 향상된 장점이 있고, 또한 작동부의 상방에 형성된 작동부개폐공을 통해 혼합된 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 특징이 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 일실시를 도면에 의거 설명하면, 도 1에서 보인바와 같이, 이종물질수용장치(1)는 본체(10)의 내부로 저장공간(21)이 있는 수용부(20)를 구성하고, 상기한 저장공간(21)에는 액체 및 파우더 등이 들어 있으며, 상기한 저장공간(21)의 하부 개폐공은 밀폐부(31)에 의해 기밀이 유지되어 있다.
그리고 상기한 이종물질수용장치(1)의 밀폐부(31)는 상방의 작동부(40)에 의해 열리는 것이 가능하도록 구성되며, 이를 위해서는 바람직하게 배출대(30)를 두어 상기한 배출대(30)가 작동부(40)의 상향에 따라 밀폐부(31)가 개방되게 구성시키는 것이 좋다.
또한 상기한 배출대(30)와 작동부(40)의 사이에는 작동부밀폐부(50)를 조립시키되, 상기한 작동부밀폐부(50)의 상부 개폐공밀폐부(51)가 작동부(40)의 상방에 형성된 작동부개폐공(41)을 기밀시키도록 구성한 것이다.
그리고 배출대(30)는 본체(10)의 본체보조구부(11)를 중심으로 조립되고, 상기한 배출대(30)가 상하로 움직이는 과정에 측방으로 내용물이 새는 것을 방지하기 위하여 대응하여는 작동부(40)에 지지부(42)를 두되, 상기한 작동부(40)가 일정 이상은 올라가지 못하도록 지지부걸림턱(43)이 형성되어 있다.
또한 상기한 배출대(30)를 들어 올리고 내리기 위하여 본체보조구부(11)를 수용하고 있는 지지부삽입부(12)의 외환부에 공간을 사이에 두고 본체구부(13)를 두고, 그에 대응하여는 작동부(40)에 본체구부대응부(44)를 형성한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같으며, 참고적으로 도 1 의 이종물질수용장치(1)가 용기 목에 결합되어다는 가정 하에 설명하고자 한다.
이종물질수용장치(1)의 작동부(40)를 일부 개방하면 배출대(30)와 함께 밀폐부(31)가 올라가고, 이와 같은 과정에 저장공간(21)의 하방에 있는 개폐공이 열리면서 저장공간(21)의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되는 것이다.
상기한 상태에서 용기를 흔들면 용기 내부의 내용물이 개폐공을 통해 저장공간(21)으로 이동하면서 더욱더 이종물질을 혼합을 원활하게 하는 것이며, 이와 같은 상태에서 용기 내부의 혼합된 내용물을 배출하고자 하면 작동부(40)에 좀 더 힘을 주어 개방하면 배출대(30)로부터 작동부(40)가 일시 분리되고, 동시에 개폐공밀폐부(51)가 작동부개폐공(41)을 벗어나면서 용기내의 혼합된 내용물이 배출공(52)과 작동부개폐공(41)을 통해 배출되는 것이다.
참고적으로, 걸림턱(32)이 본체보조구부(11)의 하단에 접촉하면 배출대(30)는 더 이상 올라가지 못하고 멈추며, 상기한 상태에서 작동부(40)를 좀 더 회전시키면 구부걸림부(45)가 배출대구부(33)를 벗어나고 그 후 지지부걸림턱(43)이 본체보조구부(11)의 상단 외환부에 형성된 턱에 위치하면 작동부(40)는 더 이상 상향되지 못하고 멈추게 된다.
그리고 이와 같이 작동부(40)가 이동하는 것이 가능한 것은 본체구부(13) 상에서 본체구부대응부(44)가 나사산이나 기타 방식에 의해 상하 회전방식으로 승하강이 가능한 구조로 되어 있기 때문이며, 아울러 상기한 작동부(40)가 본체구부(13) 상에서 일정 이상은 올라가지 못하도록 턱이나 나사산 등을 형성하여 그 목적을 달성할 수 있는 것이다.
또한 상기 본체(10)는 용기목이 다른 다양한 병목에 사용하도록 구성되어 있으나, 본체(10)는 필요에 따라 다양한 변형이 가능한 것이며, 그리고 작동부밀폐부(50)는 작동에 따라 작동부개폐공(41)이 열리고 닫히도록 되어 있으나, 그 형태의 변형은 용기내의 혼합된 내용물의 배출을 위한 목적이라면 다양한 설계 변형이 가능함을 천명하는 바이다.
이종물질수용장치의 저장공간에 향이나 맛을 내는 내용물이 들어있어 언제 어디서나 신선한 혼합된 내용물을 음용가능한 장점이 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 용기의 내용물 배출방향에 결합하여 사용하는 이종물질수용장치는; 본체의 내부에 저장공간이 있는 수용부가 구성되고, 상기한 수용부의 하단에는 개폐공이 있으며, 상기한 개폐공은 상방의 작동부를 일부 개방하는 과정에 열리면서 상기 저장공간의 내용물이 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성되며, 상기한 작동부는 일정 이상은 본체의 구부로부터 이탈하지 않으며, 상기한 혼합된 내용물은 작동부 상방의 작동부개폐공을 통해 배출하도록 한 기술에 있어서,
    상기 배출대는 본체보조구부의 내벽부를 중심으로 조립되고, 상기한 배출대는 작동부의 구부걸림부에 걸려 상하 이동하도록 구성되며, 상기한 배출대가 상향되는 과정에 내용물이 측방으로 흘러내리는 억제하기 위한 작동부의 지지부가 지지부삽입부에 조립되고, 또한 상기한 지지부삽입부의 외환부로는 작동부가 상하 이동하는 것이 가능한 본체구부와 그 대응 면에 본체구부대응부를 형성한 것을 특징으로한 작동부 비분리형 이종물질 수용장치.
