Claims (8)
- 셀 벽에 의해 구획된 복수의 셀이 길이 방향을 따라서 형성된 기둥 형상의 허니컴 구조체에 촉매 입자가 담지된 촉매 담지 허니컴으로서,상기 복수의 셀은, 상기 셀의 일방의 단부에서 봉지되어 이루어지는 대용적 셀 군과, 타방의 단부에서 봉지되어 이루어지는 소용적 셀 군으로 이루어지고,상기 길이 방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 상기 대용적 셀 군의 면적의 총합이, 상기 소용적 셀 군의 면적의 총합보다 크게 되어 있고,상기 촉매 입자는 산화물 촉매로 이루어지는 입자이고, 그 평균 입경이 0.05㎛ ∼ 1㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 길이 방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서, 상기 대용적 셀 군의 셀은 팔각형이고, 상기 소용적 셀 군의 셀은 사각형인 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 구조체가, 세라믹 소결체로 이루어지는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 구조체가, 탄화규소 소결체로 이루어지는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 구조체는, 허니컴 유닛이 복수 개 결속되어 이루어지는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 산화물 촉매가, CeO2, ZrO2, FeO2, Fe2O3, CuO, CuO2, Mn2O3, MnO, K2O, 및 조성식 AnB1-nCO3 (여기서, A 는 La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd 또는 Y, B 는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속, C 는 Mn, Co, Fe 또는 Ni 를 각각 나타내고, 0 ≤ n ≤ 1 이다) 로 표시되는 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 셀 벽에 의해 구획된 복수의 셀이 길이 방향을 따라서 형성되고, 상기 복수의 셀은, 상기 셀의 일방의 단부에서 봉지되어 이루어지는 대용적 셀 군과, 타방의 단부에서 봉지되어 이루어지는 소용적 셀 군으로 이루어지고,상기 길이 방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 상기 대용적 셀 군의 면적의 총합이, 상기 소용적 셀 군의 면적의 총합보다 크게 되어 있는 기둥 형상의 허니컴 구조체에, 산화물 촉매의 전구체 용액을 분산시킨 기체를 유입시킴으로써, 셀 벽에 산화물 촉매 입자를 담지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 셀 벽에 의해 구획된 복수의 셀이 길이 방향을 따라서 형성되고, 상기 복수의 셀은, 상기 셀의 일방의 단부에서 봉지되어 이루어지는 대용적 셀 군과, 타방의 단부에서 봉지되어 이루어지는 소용적 셀 군으로 이루어지고,상기 길이 방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 상기 대용적 셀 군의 면적의 총합이, 상기 소용적 셀 군의 면적의 총합보다 크게 되어 있는 허니컴 구조체를 제조하는 공정과,촉매의 전구체 용액을 기체 중에 분산시키는 공정과,분산시킨 촉매의 전구체 용액을 포함하는 기체를 상기 허니컴 구조체에 유입시키는 공정과,상기 허니컴 구조체를 가열하여, 촉매의 전구체를 촉매 입자화하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지 허니컴의 제조 방법.
