Claims (12)
- 2개의 참조 픽쳐의 화소값을 사용하여, 현재 픽쳐의 예측 화소값을 생성하고, 상기 예측 화소값을 사용하여 현재 픽쳐를 복호화하는 화상 복호화 방법으로서,현재 픽쳐와 제1 참조 픽쳐 사이의 간격에 대응하는 제1 파라미터를 계산하는 단계;상기 제1 참조 픽쳐와 제2 참조 픽쳐 사이의 간격에 대응하는 제2 파라미터를 계산하는 단계;상기 제1 파라미터와 상기 제2 파라미터에 기초하여 계산된 제3 파라미터의 값이 미리 정해진 범위 내에 포함되는지를 판단하는 단계;(ⅰ)상기 제3 파라미터의 값이 미리 정해진 범위 내에 포함되어 있을 때에는, 상기 제1 파라미터와 상기 제2 파라미터에 의해 계산된 가중 계수를 사용하여, 제1 참조 픽쳐의 화소값과 제2 참조 픽쳐의 화소값을 스케일링하여 현재 픽쳐의 예측 화소값을 생성하고, (ⅱ)상기 제3 파라미터의 값이 미리 정해진 범위 내에 포함되어 있지 않을 때에는, 미리 정해진 값의 가중 계수를 사용하여, 제1 참조 픽쳐의 화소값과 제2 참조 픽쳐의 화소값을 스케일링하여 현재 픽쳐의 예측 화소값을 생성하는 단계; 및상기 예측 화소값을 사용하여 현재 픽쳐를 복호화하는 단계를 포함하는, 화상 복호화 방법.
- 2개의 참조 픽쳐의 화소값을 사용하여, 현재 픽쳐의 예측 화소값을 생성하고, 상기 예측 화소값을 사용하여 현재 픽쳐를 복호화하는 화상 복호화 장치로서,현재 픽쳐와 제1 참조 픽쳐 사이의 간격에 대응하는 제1 파라미터를 계산하는 제1 파라미터 계산 유닛;상기 제1 참조 픽쳐와 제2 참조 픽쳐 사이의 간격에 대응하는 제2 파라미터를 계산하는 제2 파라미터 계산 유닛;상기 제1 파라미터와 상기 제2 파라미터에 기초하여 계산된 제3 파라미터의 값이 미리 정해진 범위 내에 포함되는지를 판단하는 판단 유닛;(ⅰ)상기 제3 파라미터의 값이 미리 정해진 범위 내에 포함되어 있을 때에는, 상기 제1 파라미터와 상기 제2 파라미터에 의해 계산된 가중 계수를 사용하여, 제1 참조 픽쳐의 화소값과 제2 참조 픽쳐의 화소값을 스케일링하여 현재 픽쳐의 예측 화소값을 생성하고, (ⅱ)상기 제3 파라미터의 값이 미리 정해진 범위 내에 포함되어 있지 않을 때에는, 미리 정해진 값의 가중 계수를 사용하여, 제1 참조 픽쳐의 화소값과 제2 참조 픽쳐의 화소값을 스케일링하여 현재 픽쳐의 예측 화소값을 생성하는 예측 화소값 생성 유닛; 및상기 예측 화소값을 사용하여 현재 픽쳐를 복호화하는 복호화 유닛를 포함하는, 화상 복호화 장치.
- 화상 신호를 복호화하는 프로그램이 저장되어 있는 데이터 기록 매체로서,상기 프로그램은 컴퓨터로 하여금 청구항 1에 따른 화상 복호화 방법을 사용하여 복호화를 실행하도록 하는, 데이터 기록 매체.
