Claims (4)
- 복굴절율이 0.03~0.07, 절단신도가 100%이상, 비수수축율이 30%이상, 단사섬도 0.3~3데니어, 총섬도 50~200데니어인 카치온염료 가염성 폴리에스터 멀티 부분연신사(A)를 5~30%의 과공급율로 공급하면서 80℃~120℃의 제1연신 로울러(2) 와 150℃~220℃의 열판(3)에서 연신, 열처리 하여서 아래식 (1)(2)를 만족시키는 폴리에스터 자기신장사(C)를 제조한 후,아 래3% ≤ E1 ≤ 8%, 8% ≤ E2 ≤ 12% --------------------(1)E2 - E1 ≥ 4% ---------------------(2)단, E1(비수신장율) : 100℃의 끓는 물에서 무장력하 10분방치후의 신장율E2 (건열신장율) : 160℃의 건열상태에서 무장력하 10분방치후의 신장율상기 폴리에스터 자기신장사(C)와 단사섬도가 5데니어이상인 통상의 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트사(B)를 공기교락시켜서 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색톤 자기신장성 폴리에스터 복합사의 제조방법.
- 단사섬도가 0.3~3데니어이고 총섬도가 50~200데니어이며 아래식 (1)(2)를 만족시키는 폴리에스터 자기신장사(C)와,아 래3% ≤ E1 ≤ 8%, 8% ≤ E2 ≤ 12% --------------------(1)E2 - E1 ≥ 4% ---------------------(2)단, E1(비수신장율) : 100℃의 끓는 물에서 무장력하 10분방치후의 신장율E2 (건열신장율) : 160℃의 건열상태에서 무장력하 10분방치후의 신장율단사섬도가 5데니어이상인 통상의 폴리에스터 멀티필라멘트사(B)와의 공기교락사임을 특징으로 하는 다색톤 자기신장성 폴리에스터 복합사.
- 제2항에서, 상기 자기신장사(C)를 절단신도가 40%이하, 강도가 3g/d이상, 비수수축율이 0%이상, 총섬도가 50~200데니어인 폴리에스터 멀티 필라멘트사(B)와 데니어비율로 C:B가 30:70 ~ 80:20이 되도록 공기교락시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 다색톤 자기신장성 폴리에스터 복합사.
- 제 2항 내지 제 3항중 한항의 다색톤 자기신장성 폴리에스터 복합사를 포함하고 있는 직, 편물.
