Claims (6)
- (A) 한 분자 중에 2개 이상의 규소 원자와 결합하는 알케닐기를 함유하고, 평균 중합도가 1500 이하이고, 실온에서 액상인 오르가노폴리실록산 50 내지 90 중량부,(B) 평균 중합도가 2000 이상이고, 실온에서 생고무상인 오르가노폴리실록산 10 내지 50 중량부,(C) 한 분자 중에 2개 이상의 규소 원자와 결합하는 수소 원자를 함유하는 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산 (A), (B) 성분의 합계 100 중량부에 대해 0.2 내지 20 중량부,(D) BET법에 의한 비표면적이 150 m2/g 이상인 흄드 실리카 (A), (B) 성분의 합계 100 중량부에 대해 10 내지 40 중량부,(E) 부가 반응 관능기를 갖지 않고, 평균 중합도가 300 이하인 오르가노폴리실록산 (A), (B) 성분의 합계 100 중량부에 대해 0 내지 60 중량부,(F) 부가 반응 촉매 촉매량을 포함하는 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물이며, 이를 경화시켜 얻은 경화물의 듀로미터 A 경도계에 의한 경도가 10 내지 25인 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화물의 반발 탄성이 40 % 이상인 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실온에서의 점도가 50 내지 5000 Paㆍs의 범위이고, 액상 사출 성형용인 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경화물의 인장 강도가 3.0 MPa 이상이고 절단시 신장이 400 % 이상인 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (B) 성분의 생고무상 오르가노폴리실록산의 비닐기 함유량이 0.0001 mol/g 이하인 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 젖병용 젖꼭지 또는 갓난아기용 빨리는 장난감 제조용인 부가 경화성 실리콘 고무 조성물.
