Description
Claims (8)
- 한 쌍의 커버부재(14,16)에 의해 폐쇄된 실린더챔버(20)를 갖는 실린더 바디(12), 상기 실린더 바디(12) 내에 배치되며 상기 실린더챔버(20)의 내부에서 축선방향을 따라 변위할 수 있는 피스톤(18), 및 압력유체가 공급 및 배출되고 상기 커버부재(14,16)에 각각 배치되는 포트(28,44)를 포함하는 유체압 실린더(10)에 있어서,상기 피스톤(18)의 단부에 축선방향을 따라서 장착되며, 상기 피스톤(18)과 함께 변위가 자유로운 중공 원통형상의 링체(62,64)와,상기 피스톤(18)의 변위하에 상기 링체(62,64)를 수용하여, 상기 커버부재(14,16)의 적어도 일방에 형성되는 수용홀(24,40)을 포함하고,상기 링체(62,64)의 일단부에 형성되고, 상기 피스톤(18)측을 향하여 돌출하고, 상기 피스톤(18)의 내부에 끼워 결합하는 결합부(66)를 구비하며,상기 링체(62,64)는, 금속제 재료로부터 프레스가공에 의해 형성되고, 이와 동시에 상기 링체(62,64)의 내부에는 상기 피스톤(18)을 피스톤로드(51)에 연결하는 너트(60)를 수용할 수 있는 통부(68)의 내부에 형성된 공간부(68a)를 갖는 것과 동시에, 상기 결합부(66)가 상기 피스톤(18)의 내부에 삽입되었을 때에 상기 피스톤로드(51)와의 사이에 설치되고 상기 너트(60)를 통하여 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 링체(62,64)는 상기 피스톤(18)의 축선방향을 따라 일단부 및 타단부 중 적어도 일방에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 링체(62,64)의 타단부는 상기 커버부재(14,16)의 일측을 향하여 개구되고, 상기 커버부재(14,16) 측에서 일단부를 향해서 반경방향으로 서서히 축경하는 테이퍼형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤(18)은 상기 커버부재(14,16)를 향해 면하는 일단면에 형성되는 결합홈(54a, 54b)을 포함하고, 상기 결합부(66)는 상기 결합홈(54a, 54b)에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 피스톤로드(51)는 상기 링체(64)의 내부로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하 는 유체압 실린더.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 링체(62,64)는 상기 피스톤(18)의 변위 하에, 상기 수용홀(24,40)의 내주면에 배치된 시일링 부재(26,42)에 미끄러지게 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 실린더.
