- 2개의 정보층을 갖고, 상기 정보층 중의 어느 하나에 레이저빔이 집속되는 것에 의해 정보신호가 기록 또는 재생되며, 상기 레이저빔의 입사측으로부터 가장 먼 정보층보다 더 가까이 위치한 정보층이 광학적으로 검출 가능한 2개의 상태 사이에서 변화하는 기록층을 갖는 광정보 기록매체에 상기 레이저빔을 집속함으로써, 상기 정보층 중의 어느 하나에 의해 반사된 상기 레이저빔을 광검출기에 의해 수광하여 투과율의 변화를 측정하는 광 측정방법으로,상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 포함된 기록층 중, 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역이 상기 2개의 상태 중 일방의 상태인 경우, 상기 더 가까이 위치된 정보층에 먼저 투과되어, 상기 가장 먼 정보층에 의해 반사된 후, 상기 더 가까이 위치된 정보층에 재투과되어 상기 광정보 기록매체로부터 출사하는 레이저빔의 강도 Sa를 상기 광검출기에 의해 측정하는 단계;상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 포함된 기록층 중, 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역이 상기 2개의 상태 중 타방의 상태인 경우, 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 먼저 투과되어, 상기 가장 먼 정보층에 의해 반사된 후, 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 재투과되어 상기 광정보 기록매체로부터 출사하는 레이저빔의 강도 Sb를 상기 광검출기에 의해 측정하는 단계; 및상기 Sa 및 Sb를 기초로 하여, 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층의 투과율의 변화를 도출하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층의 투과율 변화는, 투과율 비 (Tc - Ta) /Tc가로부터 얻어지도록 도출되며,여기서, Tc는 상기 기록층이 상기 2개의 상태 중 일방의 상태인 경우 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층의 투과율이고, Ta는 상기 기록층이 상기 2개의 상태 중 타방의 상태인 경우 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층의 투과율이며, α는 상기 Sb가 측정될 때 상기 레이저빔이 투과되는 영역에 대한 기록 마크 영역의 비이고,상기 2개의 상태는 미기록이나 소거상태 및 기록상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 측정방법.

- 2개의 정보층을 갖고, 상기 정보층 중의 어느 하나에 레이저빔이 집속되는 것에 의해 정보신호가 기록 또는 재생되며, 상기 레이저빔의 입사측으로부터 가장 먼 정보층보다 더 가까이 위치한 정보층이 광학적으로 검출 가능한 2개의 상태 사이에서 변화하는 기록층을 갖는 광정보 기록매체에 상기 레이저빔을 집속함으로써, 상기 정보층 중의 어느 하나에 의해 반사된 상기 레이저빔을 광검출기에 의해 수광하여 투과율의 변화를 측정하는 광 측정방법으로,상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 포함된 기록층에서 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역이 상기 2개의 상태 중 일방의 상태인 경우, 상기 레이저빔은 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 먼저 투과되어, 상기 가장 먼 정보층 상에 기록된 상기 정보신호에 의해 변조된 후, 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 재투과되어 상기 광정보 기록매체로부터 출사하며, 상기 출사하는 레이저빔의 변조진폭 A1을 상기 광검출기에 의해 측정하는 단계,상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 포함된 기록층에서 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역의 일부 또는 전체가 상기 2개의 상태 중 타방의 상태인 경우, 상기 레이저빔은 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 먼저 투과되어, 상기 가장 먼 정보층 상에 기록된 상기 정보신호에 의해 변조된 후, 상기 더 가까이 위치된 정보층에 재투과되어 상기 광정보 기록매체로부터 출사하며, 상기 출사하는 레이저빔의 변조진폭 A2를 상기 광검출기에 의해 측정하는 단계, 및상기 A1 및 A2를 기초로 하여, 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층의 투과율의 변화를 도출하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층의 투과율 변화는, 투과율 비 (Tc - Ta) /Tc가로부터 얻어지도록 도출되며,여기서, Tc는 상기 기록층이 상기 2개의 상태 중 일방의 상태인 경우 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층의 투과율이고, Ta는 상기 기록층이 상기 2개의 상태 중 타방의 상태인 경우 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층의 투과율이며, α는 상기 Sb가 측정될 때 상기 레이저빔이 투과되는 영역에 대한 기록 마크 영역의 비이고,상기 2개의 상태는 미기록이나 소거상태 및 기록상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 측정방법.

- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 레이저빔의 변조진폭 A1 대신에 상기 변조진폭의 제로(0) 레벨 및 상부 포락선 사이의 차 A1'가 측정되고,상기 레이저빔의 변조진폭 A2 대신에 상기 변조진폭의 제로(0) 레벨 및 상부 포락선 사이의 차 A2'가 측정되며,상기 레이저빔의 변조진폭의 변화는 A1 및 A2를 기초로 하여 검출되는 대신에, 상기 레이저빔의 변조진폭의 상부 포락선의 변화는 A1' 및 A2'를 기초로 하여 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 측정방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 포함된 상기 기록층에서 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역이 상기 2개의 상태 중 타방의 상태인 경우, 상기 가장 먼 정보층 상에 정보신호를 기록한 후, 변조진폭 A2를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 측정방법.

- 제 10 항에 기재된 광 측정방법에 이용된 상기 Sb를 측정하는 경우, 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역에 대한 기록마크 부분의 영역의 비를 α라 하면,0 ≤|1 - (Sb/Sa)1/2|≤ 0.1α인 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보 기록매체.
- 제 14 항에 기재된 광 측정방법에 이용된 상기 A2를 측정하는 경우, 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역에 대한 기록마크 부분의 영역의 비를 α라 하면,0 ≤|1 - (A2/A1)1/2|≤ 0.1α인 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보 기록매체.
- 제 24 항 또는 제 25 항에 기재된 광 정보 기록매체에 레이저빔을 조사함으로써 정보신호를 기록 또는 재생하는 광 정보 기록/재생방법으로,상기 광 정보 기록매체의 일측으로부터 2개 이상의 정보층 중의 하나에 상기 레이저빔을 조사함으로써 정보신호를 기록 또는 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보 기록/재생방법.

- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 Sa가 상기 가장 먼 정보층의 미리 결정된 트랙 상의 상기 레이저빔의 조사에 의해 측정될 때, 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 포함된 기록층 중 적어도 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역은 상기 미기록 또는 소거상태이고,상기 Sb는 그 후 상기 미리 결정된 트랙 상의 상기 레이저빔의 조사에 의해 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 측정방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 A1이 상기 가장 먼 정보층의 미리 결정된 트랙 상의 상기 레이저빔의 조사에 의해 측정될 때, 상기 더 가까이 위치한 정보층에 포함된 기록층 중 적어도 상기 레이저빔이 투과하는 영역은 상기 미기록 또는 소거상태이고,상기 A2는 그 후 상기 미리 결정된 트랙 상의 상기 레이저빔의 조사에 의해 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 측정방법.
