Description
Claims (27)
- 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 성분 및 아민-작용성 성분을 포함하는 반응 혼합물로부터 제조되는 폴리우레아 코팅 조성물로서,아이소사이아네이트기의 당량 대 아민기의 당량의 비가 1보다 큰 반면, 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 성분 대 아민-작용성 성분의 부피 혼합 비 1:1에서 기재에 도포될 수 있고,상기 아민-작용성 성분이 아스파르트산 에스터계 아민-작용성 수지를 포함하는,폴리우레아 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 성분의 1중량% 이상이 하나 이상의 폴리아이소사이아네이트 단량체를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아이소사이아네이트기의 당량 대 아민기의 당량의 비가 1.01 내지 1.10:1.0인 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 성분이 아이소포론 다이아이소사이아네이트를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아민-작용성 성분이 1급 아민, 2급 아민 또는 이들 둘 다를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 아민-작용성 성분이 20 내지 80중량%의 1급 아민 및 나머지 양의 2급 아민을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 조성물로부터 침착된 제 1 폴리우레아 층, 및 상기 제 1 폴리우레아 층의 적어도 일부 상에 도포된 제 2 조성물로부터 침착된 제 2 폴리우레아 층을 포함하되, 상기 제 1 조성물 및 제 2 조성물중 적어도 하나가 제 1 항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 포함하는, 다성분 복합 코팅.
- 기재; 및 상기 기재의 적어도 일부 상에 침착된 제 1 항에 따른 폴리우레아 코팅 조성물을 포함하는 코팅된 제품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 기재가 차량 기재인 코팅된 제품.
- (a) 아이소사이아네이트기의 당량 대 아민기의 당량의 비가 1보다 크지만 1:1의 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 성분 대 아민-작용성 성분의 부피 혼합비에서 기재에 도포될 수 있고, 상기 아민-작용성 성분이 아스파르트산 에스터계 아민-작용성 수지를 포함하도록, 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 조성물 및 아민-작용성 조성물을 선택하는 단계;(b) 상기 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 조성물과 아민-작용성 조성물을 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 반응 혼합물을 기재에 도포하여 기재상에 폴리우레아 코팅을 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 기재 상에 폴리우레아 코팅을 생성시키는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 조성물의 1중량% 이상이 하나 이상의 폴리아이소사이아네이트 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,충돌에 의해 혼합시키고, 분무에 의해 도포시키는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 반응 혼합물을 적어도 부분적으로 경화시켜 무점착(tack-free)인 폴리우레아 층을 생성시키고,상기 방법이 적어도 부분적으로 경화된 폴리우레아 층 상에 제 2 폴리우레아 층을 도포함을 추가로 포함하며, 이 때 상기 부분적으로 경화된 폴리우레아 층이 제 2 코팅에 대해 저항성인 방법.

- 기재를 제공하고; 상기 기재의 적어도 일부 상에 다층 복합 코팅을 침착시켜 코팅된 제품을 제조함을 포함하는, 코팅된 제품의 제조 방법으로서,상기 다층 복합 코팅이 제 1 조성물로부터 침착된 제 1 폴리우레아 층 및 상기 제 1 폴리우레아 층의 적어도 일부 상에 도포된 제 2 조성물로부터 침착된 제 2 폴리우레아 층을 포함하고,상기 제 1 조성물 및 제 2 조성물중 적어도 하나가 아이소사이아네이트 성분 및 아민 성분을 포함하는 반응 혼합물로부터 제조되며,상기 반응 혼합물중 상기 아이소사이아네이트기의 당량 대 아민기의 당량의 비가 1보다 큰 반면, 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 성분 대 아민-작용성 성분의 부피 혼합비 1:1에서 기재에 도포될 수 있고,상기 아민-작용성 성분이 아스파르트산 에스터계 아민-작용성 수지를 포함하는,코팅된 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 아이소사이아네이트-작용성 성분의 1중량% 이상이 하나 이상의 폴리아이소사이아네이트 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응 혼합물이 점토, 또는 점토 및 실리카를 추가로 포함하는 폴리우레아 코팅 조성물.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 점토가 몬모릴로나이트 점토, 카올린 점토, 애터펄자이트 점토 및 세피올라이트 점토로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 점토를 포함하는 폴리우레아 코팅 조성물.
- 기재의 적어도 한 주표면의 적어도 일부에 도포된 제 1 코팅 조성물로부터 제조된 하나 이상의 제 1 코팅; 상기 제 1 코팅의 적어도 일부 상에 하나 이상의 층으로 도포되어 그 위에 제 2 코팅을 생성시킨 제 2 코팅 조성물; 및 접착 촉진 조성물을 포함하는 다성분 복합 코팅으로서,상기 제 1 코팅 조성물이 하나 이상의 가교결합제 및 가교결합제와 반응성인 작용기를 갖는 하나 이상의 필름-형성 수지를 포함하고,상기 제 2 코팅 조성물이 제 1 항에 따른 폴리우레아 코팅 조성물을 포함하며,상기 접착 촉진 조성물이 (i) 제 1 코팅 조성물 및 제 2 코팅 조성물 중 적어도 하나에 포함되거나, (ii) 제 2 코팅 조성물을 도포하기 전에 제 1 코팅의 적어도 일부 상에 별도의 층으로서 도포되거나, (iii) 제1 코팅 조성물 및 제 2 코팅 조성물 중 적어도 하나에 포함되고, 제 2 코팅 조성물을 도포하기 전에 제 1 코팅의 적어도 일부 상에 별도의 층으로서 도포되며,제 2 코팅이 5ft-lb 이상의 ASTM D 1876 90° 박리 접착 저항성을 갖는, 다성분 복합 코팅.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 접착 촉진 조성물이 3급 아민, 멜라민, 우레탄 아크릴레이트, 금속 킬레이트 착체, 다가 중합체 및 주석-함유 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 다성분 복합 코팅.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 기재가 차량 기재인 다성분 복합 코팅.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 조성물이 반응 혼합물로부터 제조되고,상기 반응 혼합물이, 코팅된 차량 기재의 적어도 일부가 관련된 차체의 적어도 일부의 색상에 상응하는 색상을 갖도록, 하나 이상의 안료를 추가로 포함하는 다성분 복합 코팅.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 기재가 유리 기재를 포함하는 코팅된 제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 아민-작용성 성분이 아크릴레이트-개질된 아민, 메타크릴레이트-개질된 아민 또는 이들 둘 다를 비롯한 2급 아민을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 층이 경화될 때 제 1 코팅보다 더 많은 표면 텍스쳐(texture)를 나타내는 방법.
