Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 적색 형광체:[화학식 1]Y1-xMxNbO4:zEu3+상기 화학식 1에서, M은 Al 또는 Ga이고, x는 0<x<1, 0<z<0.5이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색 형광체는 화학식 1의 z는 0.01≤z≤0.45 임을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 x는 0.1≤x≤0.4 임을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 M이 Al 이면 0.1≤x≤0.3 임을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 M이 Al 이면 x=0.2 임을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 M이 Ga 이면 0.1≤x≤0.2 임을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 M이 Ga 이면 x=0. 1 임을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색형광체는Y2O3, Nb2O5 및 Eu2O3 분말과, 융제로서 LiCl을 사용하여 혼합체를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 혼합체를 볼밀(ball-mill) 처리한 뒤 질소분위기의 튜브로에서 1000~1300℃의 열처리를 하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 형광체.
- 근자외선 또는 청색의 발광다이오드 칩을 이용하는 백색 발광다이오드에 있어서,제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적색 형광체를 상기 근자외선 또는 청색의발광다이오드 칩에 배치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광다이오드.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 근자외선 발광다이오드 칩은 397±5nm 파장을 갖고, 청색 발광다이오드 칩은 466±5nm 파장을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광다이오드.
