Claims (21)
- 동력을 출력하는 동력출력장치에 있어서,전력을 발생시키기 위해 연료를 공급받는 발전시스템;구동력을 출력하는 전동기;상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기와 전력을 주고받는 축전유닛;구동에 필요한 요구동력을 설정하는 요구동력설정모듈;상기 설정된 요구동력을 충족시키기 위하여, 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 내에서 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전지령들을 작성하는 주제어모듈; 및상기 주제어모듈과 통신에 의해 정보를 주고받으며, 통신에 의해 상기 주제어모듈로부터 입력된 상기 운전지령들에 응답하여, 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 내에서 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들을 제어하는 운전제어모듈을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 동력출력장치는,상기 축전유닛의 상태를 토대로, 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한을 설정하는 입출력제한설정모듈을 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 주제어모듈은 상기 입출력제한설정모듈에 의해 설정된 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한을 고려하여 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전지령들을 작성하고, 상기 운전지령들과 상기 입출력제한들을 상기 운전제어모듈에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 운전제어모듈은 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전상태들을 입력하고, 상기 운전상태들과 상기 운전지령들을 토대로, 상기 운전지령들에 의한 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들이 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 이내에 있는 지의 여부를 검증하며,상기 운전지령들에 의한 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들이 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위를 벗어난 경우, 상기 운전제어모듈은 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들이 상기 입출력제한의 범위 이내에 있도록 상기 운전지령들을 업데이트하고, 상기 업데이트된 운전지령들에 응답하여 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 운전지령들에 의한 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들이 상기 입력제한의 범위를 넘은 경우, 상기 운전제어모듈은 상기 발전시스템의 운전지령을 업데이트하여, 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들을 상기 입력제한의 범위로 접근시키고,상기 운전지령들에 의한 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들이 상기 출력제한의 범위를 넘은 경우, 상기 운전제어모듈은 상기 전동기의 운전지령을 업데이트하여, 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들을 상기 출력제한의 범위로 접근시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 운전제어모듈은 상기 전동기에 의한 발전이 없는 상태 하에 상기 전동기의 운전지령을 업데이트하여, 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들을 상기 출력제한의 범위로 접근시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 전동기에 의한 발전이 없는 상태 하에 상기 전동기의 운전지령의 업데이트 이후에도, 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들이 상기 출력제한의 범위를 여전히 넘는 경우에는, 상기 운전제어모듈이 상기 발전시스템의 운전지령을 추가로 업데이트하여, 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들을 상기 출력제한의 범위로 접근시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 발전시스템은 내연기관을 포함하고, 상기 내연기관의 출력동력 중 적어도 일부를 이용하여 전력을 발생시키며,상기 운전제어모듈은 상기 발전시스템의 운전지령을 업데이트하여, 상기 발 전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들을 상기 입력제한의 범위로 접근시키며, 상기 주제어모듈은 상기 내연기관의 운전을 제어하여, 상기 내연기관의 출력동력을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발전시스템은 내연기관을 포함하고, 상기 내연기관의 출력동력 중 적어도 일부를 이용하여 전력을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 발전시스템은 상기 내연기관의 출력축 및 구동축과 연결되는 전력동력입출력기구를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 내연기관의 출력동력 중 적어도 일부를 전력 및 동력의 입출력을 통하여 상기 구동축으로 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 전력동력입출력기구는,3개의 축, 즉 상기 내연기관의 출력축, 상기 구동축 및 회전축에 연결되고, 상기 3개의 축 가운데 여하한의 2개의 축과 입출력하는 동력들을 토대로 나머지 1개의 축과 동력을 입출력하는 3축식동력입출력모듈; 및상기 회전축과 동력을 입출력하는 발전기를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징 으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 전력동력입출력기구는,상기 내연기관의 출력축에 연결된 제1회전자 및 상기 구동축에 연결된 제2회전자를 구비하고, 상기 제2회전자에 대한 상기 제1회전자의 상대회전을 통해 회전되도록 구동되는 페어-회전자전동기(pair-rotor motor)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발전시스템은 연료전지들을 포함하는 연료전지장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 동력을 출력하는 동력출력장치에 있어서,전원으로서 내연기관;구동력을 출력하는 전동기;상기 전동기와 전력을 주고받는 축전유닛;구동에 필요한 요구동력을 설정하는 요구동력설정모듈;상기 설정된 요구동력을 충족시키기 위하여 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 내에서 상기 전동기의 운전지령들을 작성하고, 상기 내연기관의 운전을 제어하는 주제어모듈; 및상기 주제어모듈과 통신에 의해 정보를 주고받으며, 통신에 의해 상기 주제어모듈로부터 입력된 상기 운전지령에 응답하여, 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 내에서 상기 전동기의 운전들을 제어하는 운전제어모듈을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 운전제어모듈은 상기 전동기의 운전상태를 입력하고, 상기 운전상태 및 운전지령을 토대로 상기 운전지령에 의한 상기 전동기의 운전이 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 이내에 있는 지의 여부를 검증하며,상기 운전지령에 의한 상기 전동기의 운전이 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위를 벗어나는 경우, 상기 운전제어모듈은 상기 운전지령을 업데이트시켜, 상기 전동기의 운전을 상기 입출력제한의 범위 이내에 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치.
- 구동원으로서 제1항에 따른 동력출력장치가 탑재된 차량.
- 동력출력장치의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 동력출력장치는, 전력을 발생시키기 위해 연료를 공급받는 발전시스템; 구동력을 출력하는 전동기; 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기와 전력을 주고받는 축전유닛; 및 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전지령들을 작성하는 제1제어장치와, 상기 제1제어장치와 통신에 의해 정보를 주고받아 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전상태들을 입력하는 제2제어장치를 포함하는 다수의 제어장치를 구비하여, 상기 발전시스템, 상기 전동기 및 상기 축전유닛을 제어하는 제어시스템을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 제어방법은,구동에 필요한 요구동력을 설정하고, 상기 설정된 요구동력과 상기 제2제어장치 내로 입력되는 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전상태들을 토대로, 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 이내에 있는 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전지령들을 작성하도록 상기 제1제어장치를 작동시키는 단계; 및상기 제1제어장치에 의해 작성된 운전지령들과 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 입력된 운전상태들을 토대로, 상기 발전시스템 및 상기 전동기의 운전들을 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 내에서 제어하도록 상기 제2제어장치를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치의 제어방법.
- 동력출력장치의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 동력출력장치는, 전원으로서의 내연기관; 구동력을 출력하는 전동기; 상기 전동기와 전력을 주고받는 축전유닛; 및 상기 전동기의 운전지령들을 작성하는 제1제어장치와, 상기 제1제어장치와 통신에 의해 정보를 주고받아 상기 전동기의 운전상태들을 입력하는 제2제어장치를 포함하는 다수의 제어장치를 구비하여, 상기 내연기관, 상기 전동기 및 상기 축전유닛을 제어하는 제어시스템을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 제어방법은,구동에 필요한 요구동력을 설정하고, 상기 설정된 요구동력과 상기 제2제어장치 내로 입력되는 상기 전동기의 운전상태들을 토대로, 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 이내에 있는 상기 내연기관의 운전지령들 및 상기 전동기의 운전지령들을 작성하도록 상기 제1제어장치를 작동시키는 단계; 및상기 제1제어장치에 의해 작성된 운전지령들과 상기 전동기의 입력된 운전상태들을 토대로, 상기 전동기의 운전들을 상기 축전유닛의 입출력제한의 범위 내에서 제어하도록 상기 제2제어장치를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력출력장치의 제어방법.
