Claims (6)
- 제 1전원으로부터 유기 발광 다이오드를 경유하여 제 2전원으로 흐르는 전류량을 제어하는 화소들을 포함하는 유기전계발광 표시장치의 구동방법에 있어서,상기 화소들을 포함하는 화소부의 영상이 블랙영상으로 전환되는 단계와,상기 블랙영상으로 전환될 때 상기 제 1전원의 전압을 상기 블랙 영상이 표현될 수 있도록 적어도 2번 순차적으로 하락시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 블랙영상으로 전환되는 단계는소정 시간 동안 입력이 이루어지지 않아 슬립 모드로 전환되는 단계 및 전원이 오프되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치의 구동방법.
- 주사선들 및 데이터선들의 교차부에 위치되며, 제 1전원으로부터 유기 발광 다이오드를 경유하여 제 2전원으로 흐르는 전류량을 제어하는 화소들을 포함하는 화소부와;상기 화소부에서 표시되는 영상이 블랙영상으로 전환될 때 화면 전환신호를 생성하는 타이밍 제어부와;상기 화면 전환신호가 입력될 때 복수의 레벨신호를 순차적으로 생성하는 전압 제어부와;상기 레벨신호가 입력될 때마다 상기 제 1전원의 전압을 순차적으로 하락시키는 제 1전원 생성부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 타이밍 제어부는 소정 시간 동안 외부로부터 입력이 이루어지지 않아 슬립 모드로 전환될 때와 전원이 오프되는 경우 상기 화면 전환신호를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제 1전원 생성부는 상기 화소부에서 블랙영상이 표현될 때까지 상기 제 1전원의 전압을 하락시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 주사선들로 주사신호를 공급하기 위한 주사 구동부와;상기 데이터선들로 데이터신호를 공급하기 위한 데이터 구동부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
