Claims (8)
- 진동자, 이 진동자에 구동 진동을 여진시키는 자려 발진 회로 및 상기 진동자로부터의 검출 신호를 출력하기 위한 검출 회로를 사용하여, 상기 검출 신호에 기초하여 물리량을 측정하는 장치로서,상기 자려 발진 회로는, 전류/전압 변환기와, 이 전류/전압 변환기의 교류 신호 출력을 증폭하는 저역 필터를 구비하고 있고, 상기 검출 회로는, 상기 진동자로부터의 출력 신호를 증폭시키는 전하 증폭기 회로를 구비하고 있으며, 적어도 상기 전류/전압 변환기와 상기 전하 증폭기 회로는 모놀리식(monolithic) IC로 형성되어 있고, 상기 저역 필터는 저항기와 콘덴서를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 콘덴서는 접지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물리량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자려 발진 회로는 전파 정류기 및 적분기를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물리량 측정 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자려 발진 회로와 상기 검출 회로는 상기 모놀리식 IC로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물리량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물리량 측정 장치는 회전 각속도를 측정하기 위한 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 물리량 측정 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저역 필터의 증폭율의 (1/R1·C1)에 대한 비례 계수는 0.9배 이상, 1.1배 이하(C1은 상기 저역 필터의 상기 콘덴서의 용량이고, R1은 상기 저역 필터의 상기 저항기의 저항값임)인 것을 특징으로 하는 물리량 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, ω가 ω0의 5배 이상(ω는 입력 신호의 각주파수이고, ω0은 상기 저역 필터의 고유 각주파수임)인 것을 특징으로 하는 물리량 측정 장치.
- 제1항, 제6항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자려 발진 회로에 있어서의 측정 전류값이 (1/Cl)에 비례(Cl은 상기 저역 필터의 상기 콘덴서의 용량임)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물리량 측정 장치.
