Claims (6)
- 실린더 디액티베이션 엔진에서 태핏 제어용 오일제어밸브가 장착되는 부분이면서 상기 오일제어밸브와 실린더 헤드 사이에서 양측의 대응하는 오일 통로 간을 상호 연결시켜 주는 부분으로서, 실린더 헤드 후면에 별도 장착되는 개별 부품으로 상기 실린더 헤드와는 분리 구성되고,상면에는 상기 오일제어밸브가 장착되는 밸브 자리면이 형성되어 있으면서 상기 오일제어밸브의 오일인렛부가 하방으로 삽입되는 홀이 형성되어 있으며,내부에는 상기 오일제어밸브의 오일 통로와 상기 실린더 헤드의 대응된 오일 통로 간을 상호 연결시키기 위한 복수개의 오일 유로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 디액티베이션 엔진의 태핏 제어용 오일제어밸브 장착부 유로 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수개의 오일 유로로서, 상기 오일제어밸브의 오일인렛부가 연결되는 오일공급유로와, 상기 오일제어밸브의 오일드레인부가 연결되는 오일드레인유로와, 상기 오일제어밸브의 오일아울렛부가 연결되는 오일배출유로가 형성되되,상기 오일공급유로는, 내부에서 길이방향을 따라 길게 연장 형성되어 상기 오일제어밸브의 오일아울렛부가 연결되는 메인 통로를 포함한 구조로 되어 있으면서, 상기 실린더 헤드 후면과 접합되는 배면 일측에 실린더 헤드의 오일 통로로부 터 오일을 공급받게 되는 입구부분이 위치하고, 상기 입구부분이 그 후방으로 연결된 유로를 통해 상기 메인 통로의 일단과 연결된 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 디액티베이션 엔진의 태핏 제어용 오일제어밸브 장착부 유로 모듈.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 메인 통로는 외부에서 홀 가공하는 방식에 의해 형성되고, 상기 메인 통로 일단의 외부 노출된 홀 부분에는 홀 부분을 막아주기 위한 스틸 볼이 압입 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 실린더 디액티베이션 엔진의 태핏 제어용 오일제어밸브 장착부 유로 모듈.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 오일드레인유로와 상기 오일배출유로는, 입구부분에 연결된 상기 오일제어밸브의 오일드레인부와 오일아울렛부를 통해 배출된 오일이 실린더 헤드의 오일 통로로 전달될 수 있도록, 각각의 출구부분이 실린더 헤드 후면과 접합되는 상기 배면에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 디액티베이션 엔진의 태핏 제어용 오일제어밸브 장착부 유로 모듈.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 오일공급유로는 상기 오일인렛부를 통해 오일제어밸브에 공급되고 남은 여분의 오일이 실린더 헤드의 오일 통로로 배출되도록 그 출구부분이 상기 배면의 타측에 위치되고, 상기 오일공급유로의 출구부분이 상기 메인 통로의 타단에 연결된 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 디액티베이션 엔진의 태핏 제어용 오일제어밸브 장착부 유로 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,전후 관통하는 구조로 형성된 복수개의 볼트 홀이 구비되어, 상기 실린더 헤드 후면에 배면이 접합된 상태에서 상기 볼트 홀에 후방으로부터 관통 삽입된 볼트가 상기 실린더 헤드에 체결됨으로써 실린더 헤드와 고정되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 실린더 디액티베이션 엔진의 태핏 제어용 오일제어밸브 장착부 유로 모듈.
