Claims (4)
- 반응온도 160~340℃, 반응압력 2200kg/㎠ 이상의 조건하에서, 라디칼 중합개시제로서 탄소원자 5개 이상으로 이루어진 터셔리-아밀계 유기 과산화물 또는 터셔리-헥실계 유기 과산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 유기 과산화물을 사용하여 에틸렌을 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호필름용 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 터셔리-아밀계 유기 과산화물은 디-터셔리-아밀 퍼록사이드, 터셔리-아밀 퍼록사이드-2-에틸헥사노에이트, 터셔리-아밀 퍼록시피발레이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 보호필름용 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 터셔리-헥실계 유기 과산화물은 디-터셔리-헥실 퍼록사이드, 터셔리-헥실 퍼록시-2-에틸헥사노에이트, 터셔리-헥실 퍼록시피발레이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 보호필름용 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제조된 폴리에틸렌의 용융지수는 1~5g/10분이며, 밀도는 0.920~0.927g/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 보호필름용 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
