Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- (1) 전기 전도도가 50 μS/cm 이하(0.05 중량% 환산)이고, 2색성 색소와 용매를 함유하며, 리오트로픽 액정성을 나타내는 용액을 제조하는 공정,(2) 적어도 한쪽 표면이 친수화 처리된 기재를 준비하는 공정, 및(3) 상기 공정 (2)에서 준비한 기재의 친수화 처리된 표면에, 상기 공정 (1)에서 제조한 용액을 도공 속도 100 mm/초 이상으로 도공하여 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (1)이 상기 용액으로부터 황산 이온을 감소시키는 처리를 포함하는 것인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2색성 색소가 술폰기, 카르복실기 또는 아미노기를 포함하는 유기 화합물, 또는 이들의 염 중 어느 하나인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 물인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 물의 전기 전도율이 20 μS/cm 이하인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액의 농도가 5 중량% 내지 40 중량%인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수화 처리가 상기 기재의 23 ℃에 있어서의 물의 접촉각을 처리 전에 비해 10 % 이상 저하시키는 처리인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수화 처리가 상기 기재의 23 ℃에 있어서의 물의 접촉각을 5° 내지 60°로 하는 처리인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수화 처리가 코로나 처리, 플라즈마 처리, 알칼리 처리 또는 앵커 코팅 처리인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 유리 기판 또는 고분자 필름인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 필름이 셀룰로오스계 수지를 함유하는 것인 편광막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 편광막의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 편광막을 구비하는 액정 표시 장치.
