Claims (10)
- 분석용구를 장착하여 사용하며, 또한 상기 분석용구에 공급된 시료에 포함되는 특정성분을 분석하기 위한 분석장치로서,서로 접촉되는 상태와 접촉되지 않는 상태로 선택되는 제1 및 제2검지용단자를 포함하는 1 이상의 검지용단자쌍과,상기 제1 및 제2검지용단자의 접촉상태를 검출하기 위한 검출수단과,상기 검출수단에서의 검출결과에 기초하여, 상기 1 이상의 검지단자쌍의 이상을 검지하기 위한 이상검지수단,을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2검지용단자는, 정상상태에 있어서 상기 분석용구가 장착되어 있지 않을 때에 서로 접촉하고 있음과 동시에 상기 분석용구가 장착되는 과정에 있어서 접촉하지 않은 상태로 되도록 구성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 이상검지수단은, 상기 분석용구를 장착하는 과정에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2검지용단자의 사이가 접촉하는 상태로부터 접촉하지 않는 상태로 변화하는 것이 확인되었을 때에 상기 검지용단자쌍에 이상이 없다고 판단하는 한편, 상기 제 1 및 제2검지용단자의 사이에 있어 접촉상태로부터 비접촉상태로의 변화가 확인되지 않을 때에 상기 검지용단자쌍에 이상이 있다고 판단하도록 구성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 검출수단은, 상기 제1 및 제2검지용단자를 이용하여 얻어진 아나로그전기신호를 디지털전기신호로 변환하고 나서, 상기 제1 및 제2검지용단자의 접촉상태를 검출하도록 구성되어 있으며,상기 이상검지수단은, 상기 디지털전기신호의 레벨이 미리 설정된 한계치보다도 클 때에 상기 검지용단자쌍에 이상이 없다고 판단하는 한편, 상기 디지털전기신호의 레벨이 미리 설정된 한계치보다도 작은 때에 상기 검지용단자쌍에 이상이 있다고 판단하도록 구성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2검지용단자 중 적어도 한쪽은, 판스프링형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분석용구로서, 미리 설정된 1 이상의 피검출영역을 포함하며, 또한 상기 피검출영역에 관통구멍을 형성하는지 아닌지를 선택하는 것에 의해 목적으로 하 는 정보가 부여된 피인식부를 구비한 것을 사용하는 분석장치에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2검지용단자는, 상기 분석용구를 장착하였을 때에 상기 피검출영역에 대응한 부위에 위치하며, 또한 상기 피인식부에 부여된 정보를 인식하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 분석용구로서, 상기 피인식부에 대하여 상기 분석용구에 관한 정보가 부여된 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분석용구로서, 전기화학적쎈서를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분석용구로서, 혈액에 포함되는 특정성분을 분석하는 데에 적합하도록 구성된 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이상검지수단에 있어서 상기 검지용단자쌍에 이상이 있다고 판단되었을 때에, 상기 시료에 있어 특정성분의 분석을 행하지 않도록 하기 위한 제어수단을 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
