Claims (15)
- 관형 내부 부재 (2) 와,상기 관형 내부 부재의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸는 내부 슬리브 (3) 와,상기 관형 내부 부재의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸는 고정 링 (5) 과,상기 내부 슬리브와 상기 고정 링 사이에 있고 부분 원형인 치부 (61) 를 갖는 치형 링 (6) 과,상기 내부 슬리브, 상기 치형 링 및 상기 고정 링의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸는 외부 슬리브 (4) 를 갖춘 파이프용 급동 커플링 (1) 에 있어서,상기 외부 슬리브 (4) 는 2 이상의 상이한 내경 (d1, d2, d3) 을 가진 원통형 영역과, 고정 링 (5) 을 수용하는 원뿔형 영역을 구비하고, 상기 내부 슬리브 (3) 는 실질적으로 동일한 2 개의 반원형 쉘부 (31, 32) 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 슬리브 (3) 를 형성하는 2 개의 반원형 쉘부 (31, 32) 에는, 내부 나사 (41) 가 형성된 외부 슬리브 (4) 가 나사결합될 수 있는 외부 나사 (36) 가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 슬리브 (3) 는 반경방향 외부로 향하는 핑거면을 가진 핑거 (37) 를 구비하고, 상기 핑거는, 치형 링 (6) 이 핑거 (37) 에 의해 지지되어 적어도 예비장착시 단단히 유지되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 슬리브 (3) 의 내주면상에서는, 내부로 향하는 2 개의 주변 돌출부 (33, 34) 가 있고, 상기 주변 돌출부는, 내부 부재 (2) 의 외주면상에 있는 제 2 돌출부 (24) 가 수용되어 끼워맞춰지는 주변 홈 (35) 을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 고정 링 (5) 은, 원주 방향으로 슬롯 (54) 을 구비하고, 예비인장이 가해진 상태에서 외부 슬리브 (4) 의 원뿔형 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 고정 링 (5) 은 내주면상에서 1 이상의 돌출부 (53) 를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 외부 슬리브 (4) 는 원뿔형 고정 링 (5) 을 수용하기 위한 원뿔형 영역 (42) 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 내부 슬리브 (3) 의 외주면상에는 전체 원주에 걸쳐서 배열된 외부 슬리브 (4) 용 스탑부 (38) 가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 내부 부재 (2) 는 상이한 외경을 가진 2 이상의 관형 영역을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 내부 부재 (2) 는 파이프라인 (20) 과 파이프 연결부 (10) 에 대하여 내부 부재 (2) 를 밀봉하기 위한 O-링 밀봉부 (22) 를 수용하는 2 이상의 홈 (21) 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 치형 링 (6) 은 원주 방향으로 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 외부 슬리브 (4), 내부 슬리브 (3, 31, 32), 또는 외부 슬리브 (4) 및 내부 슬리브 (3) 는 플라스틱으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 외부 슬리브 (4), 내부 슬리브 (3, 31, 32), 또는 외부 슬리브 (4) 및 내부 슬리브 (3) 는 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 내부 부재 (2) 상에는, 축방향으로 볼 때, 먼저 내부 슬리브 (3) 및 그 다음에 치형 링 (6) 과 고정 링 (5) 이 배열되고, 외부 슬리브 (4) 는, 고정 링 (5) 과 치형 링 (6) 에 결합되도록, 내부 슬리브 (3) 의 스탑부 (38) 까지 내부 슬리브 (3) 에 나사결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급동 커플링.
