Claims (13)
- 조정되어야 하는 부품과 연결되어 작동하는 조정장치를 작동하기 위해 차량내부에서 작동표면을 가진 작동요소에 있어서,작동표면(5)이 압력감지기능을 가진 표면으로서 구성되고, 상기 작동표면을 이용하여 상기 작동표면(5)에 작용하는 압력의 위치 또는 크기에 의존하여 조정신호가 발생되며, 조정되어야 하는 부품(4)이 조정장치(3)에 의해 위치설정되고,조정되어야 하는 부품(4)의 조정속도가 작동표면(5)에 작용하는 압력의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 작동표면(5)이 타원형의 작동패널(6,6')로서 구성되고, 작동패널의 종방향 축(7)이 조정되어야 하는 부품(4)의 조정방향으로 배열되며, 상기 작동패널(6,6')은 제 1 단부(10,10') 및 제 2 단부(11,11')를 가지고, 상기 제 1 단부는 제 1 위치에 배열되고 제 2 단부는 조정되어야 하는 부품(4)의 제 2 위치에 배열되며, 상기 단부(10,10',11,11')들사이에 위치한 작동패널(6,6')들의 영역들이 해당 중간위치들에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 작동표면(5)이 압력감지기능의 요소에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 작동표면(5)이 가요성재료로 제조되고, 상기 작동표면(5)에 대해 반대방향을 향하는 작동표면(5)의 내부표면위에 압력감지기능의 요소가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 압력감지기능의 요소가 압력감지기능의 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 감지상태를 형성하기 위하여 작동표면(5)과 접촉할 때 작동표면이 진동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 작동표면(5)에 작용하는 압력이 증가됨에 따라 진동의 크기가 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 진동이 압전요소들에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 조정되어야 하는 부품(4)이 슬라이딩 루프이고, 상기 작동표면(5)은 미끄럼 상승 루프스위치의 일부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 조정되어야 하는 부품(4)이 윈도우(9)이고, 상기 작동표면(5)은 윈도우 상승기 스위치의 일부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 조정되어야 하는 부품(4)이 시트이고, 상기 작동표면(5)은 시트조정스위치의 일부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 작동표면(5)이 다중기능의 스티어링 휠위에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동요소.
