Claims (5)
- 체결구멍(13)과 몸체냉각수통로(18)가 방사상으로 형성된 소정 개수의 유니트(10)가 직렬로 볼트체결되어 오일냉각기(1)의 몸체를 형성하되, 각 유니트(10)의 중간에는 돌출부(31)가 번갈아가며 대향되도록 패킹(23)이 삽입되고, 몸체의 양 측에 결합되는 유니트(10)에는 오일주입구(2)와 오일배출구(3)가 형성되며,몸체의 양측에 캡막음판(9)이 결합되되, 각 캡막음판(9)의 열교환파이프홈(19)과 지지봉결합구멍(30)에 각각 열교환파이프(20)와 지지봉(28)이 삽입되고, 지지봉(28)은 상기 패킹(23)의 돌출부(31)의 부착된 막음판(24)의 지지봉구멍(25)에 삽입되며,상기 몸체 양측에 결합된 일측의 캡막음판(9)에는 격벽(26)에 의하여 분리된 냉각수주입구(4)와 냉각수배출구(5)가 형성되고, 방사상으로 냉각수몸체유입구(12)가 형성된 프런트캡(7)이 결합되고,몸체 양측에 결합된 타측의 캡막음판(9)에는 방사상으로 냉각수몸체유입구(12)가 형성된 리어캡(8)이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압기계 작동오일의 조립형 오일냉각기.
- 몸체(29)의 내부에는 몸체냉각수통로(12)가 방사상으로 형성되고, 몸체(29)의 상부에는 오일주입구(2)와 오일배출구(3)가 형성되며,몸체(29)의 양측에 캡막음판(9)이 결합되되, 각 캡막음판(9)의 열교환파이프홈(19)과 지지봉결합구멍(30)에 각각 열교환파이프(20)와 지지봉(28)이 삽입되고, 지지봉(28)이 막음판(24)의 지지봉구멍(25)에 삽입되되, 막음판(24)이 일정 간격마다 서로 대향되도록 막음판(24)이 지지봉(28)에 삽입되며,상기 몸체(29) 양측에 결합된 일측의 캡막음판(9)에는 격벽(26)에 의하여 분리된 냉각수주입구(4)와 냉각수배출구(5)가 형성되고, 방사상으로 냉각수몸체유입구(12)가 형성된 프런트캡(7)이 결합되고,몸체(29) 양측에 결합된 타측의 캡막음판(9)에는 방사상으로 냉각수몸체유입구(12)가 형성된 리어캡(8)이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압기계 작동오일의 조립형 오일냉각기.
- 체결구멍(13)과 몸체냉각수통로(18)가 방사상으로 형성된 소정 개수의 유니트(10)가 직렬로 볼트체결되어 오일냉각기(10)의 몸체를 형성하되, 내부에 막음판(24)이 일체로 형성된 패킹(23)의 돌출부(31)가 서로 번갈아가며 대향되도록 패킹(23)이 각 유니트(10)의 중간에 삽입되고, 몸체의 양 측에 결합되는 유니트(10)에는 오일주입구(2)와 오일배출구(3)가 형성되며,몸체의 양측에 캡막음판(9)이 결합되되, 각 캡막음판(9)의 열교환파이프홈(19)에 열교환파이프(20)가 삽입되고, 상기 몸체 양측에 결합된 일측의 캡막음판(9)에는 격벽(26)에 의하여 분리된 냉각수주입구(4)와 냉각수배출구(5)가 형성되 고, 방사상으로 냉각수몸체유입구(12)가 형성된 프런트캡(7)이 결합되고,몸체 양측에 결합된 타측의 캡막음판(9)에는 방사상으로 냉각수몸체유입구(12)가 형성된 리어캡(8)이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압기계 작동오일의 조립형 오일냉각기.
- 청구항1 내지 청구항3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,캡막음판(9)은 두 개의 캡막음판(9)이 체결되어서 구성되되, 체결되는 두 개의 캡막음판(9)에 형성된 열교환파이프홈(19)에 실링홈(17)이 형성되고, 실링홈(17)에 실링(16)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압기계 작동오일의 조립형 오일냉각기.
- 청구항1 내지 청구항3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,열교환파이프(20)가 캡막음판(9)의 열교환파이프홈(19)에 여러 개로 삽입,결합될 때 각 열교환파이프(20)의 외부면에 형성된 핀(21)이 서로 중첩되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압기계 작동오일의 조립형 오일냉각기.
