Claims (6)
- 상온에서 1~3년간 발효 및 숙성된 멸치젓을 액젓과 찌꺼기로 분리되도록 추출하는 분리추출단계와,상기 찌꺼기와 70~80℃의 온수를 5:5의 중량비로 교반하는 교반단계와,교반된 찌꺼기와 온수 혼합물에서 수분을 제거하는 건조단계, 및 건조 후 미세분말로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계와,미세분말을 600~800℃에서 12시간 가열하는 소성(燒成) 가공단계를 거쳐 고농축의 칼슘분말을 추출한 것을 특징으로 하는 멸치젓에서 고농축의 칼슘분말을 추출하는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 고농축 칼슘분말.
- 상온에서 1~3년간 발효 및 숙성된 멸치젓을 액젓과 찌꺼기로 분리되도록 추출하는 분리추출단계와,상기 찌꺼기를 600~800℃에서 12시간 가열하는 소성(燒成) 가공단계와,소성 가공된 찌꺼기를 미세분말로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계를 거쳐 고농축의 칼슘분말을 추출한 것을 특징으로 하는 멸치젓에서 고농축의 칼슘분말을 추출하는 방 법.
- 제3항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 고농축 칼슘분말.
- 상온에서 1~3년간 발효 및 숙성된 멸치젓을 액젓과 찌꺼기로 분리되도록 추출하는 분리추출단계와,상기 찌꺼기와 70~80℃의 온수를 5:5의 중량비로 교반하는 교반단계와,교반된 찌꺼기와 온수 혼합물을 원심분리기에 투입하여 원심분리 후 멸치의 뼈가 주성분인 고형물과 교반 시에 멸치의 껍질, 살, 유분이 용해된 용해수를 분리되도록 추출하는 원심분리단계와,원심분리된 고형물을 150~200℃의 온도 범위 내에서 15분 동안 스팀으로 가온하여 살균 및 소독하는 스팀살균단계와,스팀으로 살균된 고형물에 함습된 수분을 제거하는 건조단계 및 건조된 고형물을 미세분말로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계를 거쳐 고농축의 칼슘분말을 추출하는 종래 멸치젓에서 고농축의 칼슘분말을 추출하는 방법에 있어서;상기 분쇄단계 후의 미세분말을 600~800℃에서 12시간 가열하는 소성(燒成) 가공단계를 거쳐 고농축의 칼슘분말을 추출한 것을 특징으로 하는 멸치젓에서 고농축의 칼슘분말을 추출하는 방법.
- 제5항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 고농축 칼슘분말.
