Claims (23)

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관리 정보 영역에는, 상기 복수의 기록층 각각에 대한 기록 속도 정보가 기록되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 매체.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관리 정보 영역은 상기 기록층마다 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 매체.

- 정보를 기록하기 위한 복수의 기록층과, 상기 복수의 기록층의 각각에 대한 기록 속도에 대응하는 기록 조건 정보를 기록하는 관리 정보 영역을 가지는 정보 기록 매체에, 상기 정보를 기록하기 위한 정보 기록 장치에 있어서,상기 관리 정보 영역으로부터 상기 기록 조건 정보를 판독하는 판독 디바이스;판독된 상기 기록 조건 정보에 따라, 상기 정보를 기록해야 할 타겟 기록층에 대응하는 기록 속도를 설정하는 기록 속도 설정 디바이스; 및설정된 상기 기록 속도로 상기 타겟 기록층에 상기 정보를 기록하는 기록 디바이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록 조건 정보는 스트래티지 정보(strategy information)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록 조건 정보는 기록용 레이저의 최적 파워 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 매체.
