Claims (10)
- 염기성 촉매의 존재하에 다음 식(i)로 표현되는 지방족 알데히드와 포름알데히드를 반응시켜 폴리올을 제조하는 방법으로서,(1) 반응액으로부터 물과 미반응 포름알데히드를 증류하여 제거하는 것을 포함하는 농축단계와; (2) 농축된 반응액으로부터 폴리올을 추출제를 이용하여 추출하는 것을 포함하는 추출단계와; (3) 추출액을 물로 세척하고 그 액체를 폴리올을 함유하는 오일층과 수성층으로 분리하는 것을 포함하는 물세척단계를 포함하고;(여기서, R1 및 R2 은 각각 수소원자 혹은 1 내지 6의 탄소원자를 가진 지방족 알킬기를 표시한다)다음 식(ii)로 표현되는 특정한 지방족 알데히드를 추출제로 사용하고, 물 세척 단계에서 분리된 폴리올 함유 오일층의 pH를 6.0 내지 9.0의 범위로 조정한 후 추출제를 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법:(여기서, R3은 수소원자 혹은 1 내지 2의 탄소원자를 가진 지방족 알킬기를 표시하고, R4은 1 내지 5의 탄소원자를 가진 지방족 알킬기를 표시한다).
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,염기성 촉매는 물세척 단계에서 pH값을 조정하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,추출제를 오일층에서 회수할 때 오일층을 미리 예비 가열하고, 증류탑의 상단으로 순간 유입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,추출제는 오일층에서 회수되고 물 혹은 증기는 증류탑의 하부로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,반응 원료로 사용되는 지방족 알데히드와 동일한 지방족 알데히드를 추출제로 사용하고, 회수된 추출제의 적어도 일부를 원료로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,회수된 추출제는 원료로서 새로 공급된 지방족 알데히드에 대한 상기 추출제의 중량비가 0.1 내지 1이 되는 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,추출액은 물세척 단계에서 물세척하고, 디캔터를 이용하여 분리한 수성층의 추출제는 증류제거하고, 또한 증류시 증류탑 하부에서 수득된 물은 농축단계로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,추출액은 물세척 단계에서 물세척하고, 디캔터를 이용하여 분리한 수성층의 추출제 및 물의 일부는 증류제거하고, 또한 증류시 증류탑 하부에서 수득된 액체는 추출단계로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,증류탑 하부에서 수득되고 추출단계로 재순환되는 액체는 물 농도가 20 내지 80중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 제조방법.
